7 months post hair transplant from Cosmedica and Dr. Acar!

I got my hair transplant from Dr Acar August 2022. He saved my front scalp area but didn't fix my crown area. I guess I kept on getting up for pee break so they just skipped the crown area. My hairline was still too high and my crown area was bald after a year of Dr Acar transplant. Oct 2023 I went to a different clinic in Istanbul to lower my hairline and fix my crown. 7 months into my second hair transplant I feel great with the results. 7,000 grafts total done with 2 hair transplants.

Really appreciate the videos. I've been doing research and YT videos like this (not the ones with glossy production and flashy influencers) are pretty invaluable in making a decision (which I'm honestly waffling on at this point, what with all the negative reviews that seem to turn up even with reputable places.)

@@hairtransplantking No problem. FYI, I've scheduled a time with Dr. Gur and FUE Capilar in January 2025, provided I don't get cold feet or the world isn't on fire. He ticked off my boxes regarding price point (not substantially more than other places) and doctor involvement (the doctor does the planning and makes the channels, and the techs do the extraction and implants.) I'm a Norwood II-III, so it's more of an adjustment than anything hugely radical so I wanted a doctor there to be hands-on in that respect.

If you take Dutasteride and oral Minoxidil, your hair will become 100% thicker.

I've been taking dutasteride for the past almost 2 years, no side effects at all, and my hair is fucking thick as fuck. I didn't gain in number of hairs, maybe like 10% at max...but the hairs itself are thick as FUCK. Right now, they're like 1.5 inches long and they are so thick that they barely fall flat on my head unless I put lots of water on them so it gives me even bigger boost in appearance. It is also darker so it visually covers a lot more space.

My God how did you get that much hair in 7 months???? Are you taking any medication apart from the hair transplant itself? Like minoxidil or something? Im on month 3 of my transplant. And only now i can see a tiny bit of hair growing. Yours looks awesome btw. Congrats

Not on any meds! My hair has always grown fast besides the areas that I was losing it 😂😂. Thank you very much for the kind words
