Stimată Dna.doctor. De aproape 2 ani de zile mă lupt cu genunchii, faimoasa “ apă la genunchi”. Sunt sub tratamentele specifice, dar până nu am înțeles importanța alimentație rezultatele au fost minime. Aveți mare dreptate cu ce mâncăm. Acum e bine.

1:03 dairy lactose if it triggers discomfort, try soy, vegan, non dairy, non processed alternatives 2:19 vegeteable oils omega 6 fatty oils in excess, need omega 3, try instead avocado or olive oil, add small amounts of walnuts, flax 4:00 excessive alcohol :avoid see video for details, increases inflammation 5:22 reduce refined carbs sugar rush, leads to inflammation , choose brown rice, oats 5:22 remove fried and breaded foods, transfats increase inflammation and increase joint pain cook at home avoid fast foods 5:22 decrease salt intake across the board, as it is a preservative it is in everything. Choose low sodium options, fresh veg , whole food (non preserved meat) 5:22 sugar -reduce biggest increase of inflammation throughout body, cut back wherever you can, choose fruit cherries mango pineapple grapes (very dark choc in small amt)

hi fat content in cheese effects me (RA, SS, vasculitis) but i have a mouth watering craving for it, i recently found i am low in vit d, and after i cut down on cheese and took high vit d, the cravings stopped.
