I hope that the judge is no longer at the bench, and never has the opportunity to unleash monsters back onto the street with little-to-no consideration given to the victims. Regardless of any of that, he had a Mama and she wanted him and she loved him and he would have had a life filled with much love, his idiot father should have just walked away but he chose to murder a little boy that he KNEW others loved and would have cared for. @JohnnySavino7 ай бұрын
What I replied was for personal reasons. There’s alot of sarcasm behind my statement that you wouldn’t be able to hear in my voice cuz it’s typed. It’s meaning that abortion is legal and everyone is ok with that but when a child is killed it’s horrific as it should be and it’s one of the worst things if not the worst thing that could possibly happen but what I’m trying to say is abortion should be taken just as serious. Their life is taken as well even if they haven’t popped their head out yet. They are a living being and going to turn into a full grown person someday if they are able to not be killed while in the womb. Basically what I am stating that if anyone has sex and gets pregnant because of having sex they should not be allowed to kill a baby whether it is in the womb not in the womb. They did what they did to get pregnant and knew there would be potential of that now they should not be allowed to kill a future human. That should be just as devastating as murdering a child because that is a future child and there are soooo many options available after giving birth. They don’t have to step up and be a parent, the child would be better off alive and adopted rather than dead and just dead. That’s murder as well. That’s all I’m saying. I don’t what took it as what I meant but it was kinda personal statement that doesn’t make sense unless you’re me and know what I meant when I typed it. Everyone geeks out when a child is murdered as they should but at the same time we all should be geeking out when a child is aborted as well. It’s just as serious. Now if a child is conceived due to rape which I’m sure is extremely very rare that may be a different circumstance and I can’t judge on whether that should be legal or not to abort a baby that is a product of such an ugly sex crime in my opinion if it was me I wouldn’t be able to bring myself to kill any living being cuz I believe there is hope for all creatures brought up with the proper love and guidance and taken under the wing. I believe we ALL can change and grow and develop into being wonderful living beings. We all deserve that. To be treated with love and respect and given all the time that is needed to understand and to comprehend right and wrong and given the knowledge of why things are right and wrong and shown the best ways of living possible for all human beings. I believe in forgiveness and I believe in never giving up on ANYONE ever. We all need love and care and as much time it takes for us all to come around and no one should be left behind or cast out or treated poorly or cruely punished and beaten down or made to feel less than. I believe that fully. I been through ALOT and grew up in the system in really bad situations BUT at least I had the opportunity to live and to be alive and have enjoyment and happiness and I’m full of love and understanding because of it all and massive amounts of forgiveness. I love everyone and everything. I wish the whole world would have the love that I have and no one would ever be hurt cuz we wouldn’t want to hurt one and another and we would talk to each other with love and respect. No one would be the first person to disrespect another. If we did wrong we would quickly understand and apologize and make it right as soon as possible and we would forgive forget but learn and grow. Nothing in the past would be held against any of us. We would be full of love and joy. And be amazing. That’s all. I didn’t mean anything bad at all. The Laci Peterson case will always live rent-free in my memory banks. I was about a freshman in hs and live about 60-70ish miles away from Modesto. I even spent the first half of my life in SLO by Cal Poly. In fact, it was thought that Scott actually had ties to Kristen Smart and was thought to possibly be involved with her disappearance (Paul and Reuben Flores recently ended up being put away for that). But Laci and Connor's story was run 24/7 on my news, leaving everyone incredibly worried - who would hurt a beautiful, young mom to be and her unborn baby boy? Then there was Scott, acting like Nick Dunne from Gone Girl, and poor Amber Frye (she'll always have my sympathy). There's just no heckin way that a woman who is almost 9 months pregnant was just totally accepting and ok with her husband participating in extramarital s3xcapades. I just can't help but feel like Scott absolutely had at least something to do with Laci and Connor's passing. What a mess 💔 (Side note: California is full of Spanish and Indigenous names... La Jolla is Spanish and is pronounced like LA HOY-yuh 😊😊)

The excuse is always “I didn’t know it was that serious” after the victim explicitly expressed how dangerous the person is. I’m sorry but that excuse isn’t good enough. @@ALT-vz3jnFunny NOW it's about sex and suddenly she is an minor, but if a 14 year old commit a murder he's suddenly very much mature and gets charged as an adult. I'm so sick of the hypocritical back and forth to fit anything as you guys see fit. If a 14 year old gets treated like an adult than a 16 year old girl or boy is also fit to have sex with an 18 or older kids , without him / her ending up being classified as a sex offender for the rest of their life. You guys really want it both ways.... it's sickening. Either lower the entire adult situation as either 15 or 16 or treat children who kill as kids that have a screw loose but are still considered to be kids. What a horrible person Julia is to make a father of a 3yo choose between her sorry ass and his own son. She’s so pathetic. Can’t believe DJ actually did what he did to his poor little innocent baby. Disgusting that he only got manslaughter and 10 years which means with good behavior he’ll be out before then. Why do prosecutors accept a lesser charge when they have the evidence to get a second degree murder conviction. Poor Brendan didn’t get justice with that light sentence. RIP little man.

Julia was only 17 and even admitted she wasn't ready to care for someone else's child. And for DJ to choose a girlfriend over his own precious beautiful 3yr old baby son is sickening. DJ boy didn't deserve to be a father to begin with and should be snipped and not conceive another child.

She was 17, that much is true. However, she was having sex and participating in an intimate relationship with a grown ass man, and attending college. A man whom she knew had a child from the outset! For her to tell him to choose between his child and her IS despicable. She knew what she was saying, she wasn’t some innocent, naive child herself. She is disgusting. If she didn’t want the responsibility of a child, then DON’T date a single father and then pressure him to get rid of that child!!! Her text messages to him were evil. As a teenage mother myself, trust me when I say she was no child. Be that as it may, he was even worse, choosing to have a relationship with a 17 year old….and then choosing that disgusting 17 year old over his own precious child. No way in hell did he get justice for what he did. I feel so bad for that boy and his mother. If he didn’t want the child any longer, he could have easily given full custody back to his ex, she would have gladly taken it.

@@kendradamm1428 I completely agree with you. People view 17year olds as children, that is because we raised this generation very cocooned and sheltered..( living in the gaming and social media world isn't really living) When I was 13 I began modelling and by the time I was 15 had more than enough of the industry and worked with my mother and different nightclubs for 5nights a week, came home had shower and after the breakfast of champions 2x coffees went to school up and while in university. All the money I earned gave to my mother to help her and we all lived in prosperity I was in a serious relationship by the time I was 16 and he was 21 ( he honestly didn't know and thought I was 18... At that time in my life I have played ,the I am 18card,since I was 13'years old) I was more mature then, than when I was in my twenties or thirties unfortunately. I looked after my family well being and shouldered adult responsibility. Saying she is only 17 is a mistake we made with this entire generation. My own son is selfish and egotistical to a point that I want to hurl and scream yet sit by and ponder how I did go so wrong. My own father age 40, took off with his own employee aged 16 who became quickly pregnant with his child before he even had the time to pack his suitcases. At the time we had a large construction company and the brothel. [Clarification, we owned a large brothel in Germany where the age of consent is 16 and my father had women aged between 45 and ofmcourse the prize winner 16 year old daughter of one of those women] They stayed together until she was 24 and she left him for another brothel owner. What I'm trying to say is that 17 is not young or innocent. We see it that way because we cottoned our children. But they are brutal, selfish and if needed utterly ruthless and malicious. We did that. Doesn't mean she is kid. And she knew he had a child she was jealous and wanted to explore whom he would choose...he chose wrong and deserves the death penalty.

I almost snorted soda out of my nose when you said it would be very unusual for a three year old to get out of the house by himself. It may be unusual but I know for a fact they will find a way if they want to. When my oldest son was not quite two, he is now 41, we were living in a pretty nice apartment complex. Saturday morning was my day to sleep in, which meant until 7:00 or 8:00am instead of 4:30. My son, also named BRENDON, liked to watch cartoons, eating dry Cheerios and sipping juice. He was happy to do this for quite a while, then he would climb up on the couch and take a short nap. I would get up and have a real breakfast ready by the time he woke up. On Friday night I would turn the TV to the channel he liked and set out a little bowl of Cheerios and a sippy cup on the coffee table. If he woke up before I did, he would toddle in, turn on the TV and watch his “toons”.Brendon was very precocious, so turning on the TV was no problem. So…I woke up one Saturday morning about 7:30 and could hear the TV. I went into the living room, expecting to find him sitting in the floor, or asleep on the couch, but there was no Brendon and the front door was wide open! The bowl was empty on the floor and the cup on the table, but NO BRENDON! I screamed his name over and over as I ran out the door . No answer. My heart sank as I ran around to the back of our apartment block. There was a deep culvert back there and we had had a lot of rain, so it was full. The night before, we had found a little turtle on the sidewalk when we got home. We had taken it around to the culvert to let it go. I could just picture him going back there to look for it and falling in! Still screaming for him, I ran as far down the culvert as I could go then back around to the front. People were starting to come out to see what what going on. As I ran toward a friends apartment to use the phone, I spotted him. He was sitting on the curb, about two apartments down, between two cars. He had his Cheerios in his pajama top and was throwing them out on the ground to a bunch of little birds! I snatched him up and he got upset because I had scared away the birds. When I had myself under control I asked him why he didn’t come when I had called him and he just shrugged his little shoulders. Back then, most apartments didn’t come with deadlocks on the door, but di have a chain lock that I knew he couldn’t reach. I locked the door and asked him to show me how he got out. I was afraid I had forgotten to lock it the night before and I knew he COULD turn the knob. He just marched right over to the couch, went to the end closest to the door, climbed right up on the back of the couch and unlocked the chain! Just like that! He looked so proud of himself! Of course, I moved the chain up high enough that he couldn’t reach it and scraped up the money to have a deadlock installed. I will never forget that as long as I live. He was one of those kids that watched everything you did and then had to try to do it himself, and he loved taking things apart. I swear he took apart every toy he ever had. He’s 42 and he is still does that. Drives his wife crazy.

I know it must be very hard to admit, but in fact, the victim deserve at least that acknowledgement: Guilty as charged. Case 2 - The judge killed this lovely couples' daughter. Brave Tierne, she saved herself, and her children, only to be let down afterwards by a judge. Case 3 - Lori Poland is a tall beauty, and love shines out of her eyes. Great work! Great Life! The monster looked very please with himself, but he is a nobody. Case 4 - Maulin Rathod, - what an attractive young man, and his parents look like very kind people. Why him? That filthy monster deserves to rot in some psychiatric ward, forgotten by all, where they can experiment with her brain, a brain she clearly don't want to use for anything good. My heart goes out to the dear parents, who now sit in their old days longing for grandchildren, and of course their beloved son. May he R.I.P. Case 6 - Cody Johnson - It would've been better to just admit, hey listen I am really not ready yet, than killing somebody else's son. R.I.P. Cody, you didn't deserve to be deceived like that by a Delilah. Case 7 - Benson - May the monster never come out, and may she rot, and live a horrible life with nightmares every night. The level of Coercive Control,is mind bending. Many women have become conditioned to these kinds of treatments. I think alot of them are scared..like abuse is bad,but "If I try to leave he'll kill me,or my family" 😕 Many times, they are stuck. The abuser is so controlling, they have no money, nowhere to go..and at this point, the abuser has systematically pushed out EVERYONE! So,they don't just feel alone, they are alone. I believe Tierne stayed so he wouldn't hurt her family. Sounds like,in her mind, better her than them..🥺 I am so,so sorry to everyone that loves Tierne..❤ A very big Thank You to everyone that worked to pass this legislation in her name. Those were HER choices, not the judge's. I understand she was mentally beaten at that point as well, but that should be the focus then- undoing that mental damage & teaching her to safeguard herself again & recognize/respond properly to danger again!!! That shoulda been the immediate focus when she escaped the last time. He didn't go kidnap her, so I don't see how anyone is blaming the judge for this.

@@hillarybillary21 Finally, some reality. Thank you for that! I can't stand how people will basically make up an alternate truth just to avoid "victim blaming". It's not about blaming her for making her own mistakes or not, it's about taking an honest look at the situation so that we can actually learn from it. Then we can use those lessons to implement ways to prevent this kind of horror & loss in the future... and ignoring reality is definitely not conducive to that!

He should have sued that judge. No way he should of been released. Being that close he did kill her. Letting him out on bail. After way he did that law is nothing. That judge said he should be out. Like what he already did to her was nothing. He ignored all she suffered. Then helped him kill her. He should of been accountable for that. He didn't even think of her at all. This is sickening to hear. Breaks my heart for them. There was no reason with him beingna danger. He should of been out on bond. I hope that judge lives with that daily. He's a murderer to even though. He didn't pull the trigger. That needs to stop a bracelet does. The problem was the judges failure. To even think about the victim. This is a murder that didn't have to happen. Some victims need to be relocated. When things are bad as they were in this case. I'd like to hear what he has to say. Knowing he was ok even said. No reason for him not to be out on bond. When her being done the way she was. Was all the reason he needed. Had he even thought of her. For five seconds he shouldn't have been out. Forgive me Lord for the thoughts I have hearing this. Did he call the police when he say that. You can't leave your kids out alone. Not even for a second. Did they call police because of the incidents. You'd think by now you wouldn't have to tell ppl. About leaving kids unsupervised outside. Don't ever do this stupid to do. At this point to dangerous. Especially with kids under 15. Ppl let their five year old out alone. Go down the street unbelievable to me. You've got to talking to your kids daily. About safety now stalranger danger. If his wife lied she needed to be charged to. Sick of ppl helping these monsters. Get away with the evil they did. Early release shouldn't exsist. No where at all with some of these crimes. I could care less about them. Sleeping on the floor. On top of each other. Sitting against the wall. That's to good for some of them.

I know the first story… that was my friends nephew and sister. Breaks my heart because DJ is free and Brendan can never be brought back. You can’t even bring up his name to Mom. Really shook our town

10 years for murdering his 3 year old Son ,seriously disguting and that jury should be ashamed of themselves .So the answer to the question of whether justice was served ,hell no .These cases make me sick to my stomach and its so hard to even watch them .The judge is as much the cause of what Kevin did ,thry may as well been holding his hands as he did it .

Lori, 3. SA'd and basically flushed down the toilet. Perpetrator: 10 year bid. And cleared from parole. Why this guy didn't get inmate justice is beyond me.

That judge should have been held to account as he did nothing to help her. Disgusting. Domestic violence not only damages your body but your mental health also. Poor Tierne what an absolutely sad story. God bless you Tierne.

The justice system allowed this monster bail???? This poor woman she told them how dangerous this maniac was yet his rights were more important then keeping this beautiful mother alive! Just heart wrenching. Do these judges realize they literally have the beating heart of a human being in their hands and their decisions can give a violent controlling husband the opportunity to kill his wife.

In the last case against Marissa I felt nothing but horror for her to knowingly return that infant back over to the mother dead. She may have had a terrible upbringing but it's no excuse for her crime. Furthermore she certainly could've reached out for help and I also can't comprehend her going on to have a child and go on to 6 children. I most definitely would report anyone who either neglects or abused children. I raised 3 that were all planned pregnancies and 2 of my boys had severe medical problems. Children are the future and should be treasured and loved. They need to be protected from monsters like Marissa. She deserved the sentence she got and I pray her children are placed in loving homes. They will now have a chance for a better life without her.

I have not even listened to this video yet.. It just started and DJ called 911 to say his 3-year-old was missing.. I can already tell that he is the one responsible.. where is the panic in his voice? If my baby was missing from my house, I would be hysterical.. I can't imagine being that calm

They're wondering how Adam didn't realize the baby was dead, but I'm wondering how the parents or whoever didn't notice the baby was dead until after they parted ways! The 1st thing u do when u pick your baby up from a sitter, or anywhere really, is look qt them. Even if they're sleeping you're gonna take a peak at their face, make sure they're buckled into their seat & that their blanket is tucked in good around them, etc. I'm confused. The WHOLE THING seems weird!
