one of the most bizarre cases i've ever researched since day that beyond psycho evil female was arrested = another case similar ! i think Southern California - ended in murder - a psycho X wife or gf female was emailing /stocking her X bf's new girlfriend or wife (i don't remember which status married or just living together - either way) and framing her for "email stocking" ! and had several police reports ! she made up lies and was pretending to be stocked & getting /giving herself fake death threats and police believed her psycho nut self = well she ended up manipulating the plan to murder her 'in self defense!' and she almost got away wit h murder ! finally police got a clue 💡and arrested the 'fake victim' /murderer ! the whole bizzare detail was 'the guy' -> he 100% knew that his X was a lose-screw nut 🥜🐿️ - aka: Bat Poop Crazy 🦇 and he never suspected that the email stocking was fake !!! He actually believed that he was with another psycho female !!! The police & the guy believed that the real victim was the one guilty of stocking his new love interest - they all fell for his X nutcase 🐿️🥜 -- even though she had a past history too of being psycho in relationships (i think too went on for over 2 yrs!) the police never deeply investigated the IP addresses obviously - she even vandalized her own self too ! ))) - it was so very sad !!! some people are just simply pure evil ! zero moral compass & no concern of right & wrong and don't think of consequences of prison ⛓️ or hell 🔥🔥 idiot fools

The sentence given to Theodore is not right. His sentence was a result of a political pressure to show that the state was “fair “ to the black community. I’m Black and Native. So, for those who think I’m “racist” for my opinion, stop it. The loss of life is always a tragedy. However, Renisha was the only person in this situation in the commission of a crime. She was highly intoxicated, fled the scene of an accident, aggravated from the fight with her friend, and confused. She showed up at a residence banging on the door and all around the home of someone she didn’t know!! If she wanted help she should’ve stayed at the scene of the accident! That would be terrifying for anyone. At the very most, involuntary manslaughter. And “The use of a firearm in the commission of a felony?” NO! He used the firearm in the defense of his home! That charge is reserved for someone who sets out to break the law while using a firearm to enhance their chances of success! This was a huge case of injustice. He was the sacrifice to appease the community.

That’s not what the law states in Michigan. The law says you can stand your ground “if you feel your life is in danger.” That’s left to be interpreted by the person in fear. Renesha broke the law! She committed multiple crimes! DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, public intoxication, disturbing the peace, reckless endangerment, and questionably attempted breaking and entering/ home invasion if what he said was true. If my wife had some drunk guy banging on the windows all around the house, trying to open the door, and possibly tried to make his way in, I’d expect her to shoot first ask questions later. You can tell that man was crushed about what had happened. He was in his house minding his own business. That decision to find him guilty came from emotion, not evidence.
@burtonknows92012 ай бұрын
@@truth528 Your interpretation of MI's stand-your-ground law is incomplete. The law is a “two-prong” test. This means that a person who uses lethal force to defend himself must believe that death, great bodily harm, or sexual assault was prevented. The final part of the test is that this belief must be objectively reasonable under the circumstances. A jury decided that the accused did erroneously shoot the deceased for "simply knocking on his door," i.e., his actions were not reasonable.

Call me a bad person but I don't think Theodore should of gotten the sentence of 17 years he received. Although it's a tragedy that woman was in a car accident then shot and killed most ppl don't expect someone to be banging on their doors at 4am either. I can only imagine how I would react being a gun owner myself. I don't think her skin color had anything to do with it, and I feel had the BLM movement not being going on at that time he forsure would of gotten a lesser sentence.

The fact that she was driving highly intoxicated, wrecked and then got herself killed is certainly not a crime in that she was committing a serious crime that could have resulted in innocent person(s) death. Why is this even part of true crime? The crime was ruining this innocent fellows life permanently for protecting his home. What about his poor mother? She. herself, was a mother, out getting wasted. This particular story is despicable and a very gross attempt to stir a racial pot along with gun ownership issues liberals have.

Death wasn’t the answer but I understand what your saying and at least you aren’t commenting with hate like the rest of these people makes it hard for people to feel bad that this video is mostly them dying by the hands of people who share the same skin just shows how evil they are so the question is are they really innocent or is this karma from their evil history as a people?

She could have truly thought that was her own home. No other doors did she so called bang dwn. Again if so all he had to do was stay safe inside his home and CALL THE POLICE. The police didn't discover tampering with his lock prying into door none of that she just needed help

In my own personal experience with having been attacked in my own home in the end of Mars 2007 and the emergency doctor counting over 100 bumps and cuts in my head and face, from being punched with a fist and having 6 jump elbows landing in the neck area, the doctor said that she wanted me to be hospitalized cause of a servere concussion and she feared that I might not survive the night, the pigs decided that I had to spend the night in a police holding cell. Despite the fact that I was the one that got attacked and managed to hit the panic button on my house alarm and the attacker escaped. The pigs was supposed to check up on me every 5 minutes and to put me in a quiet place, but the pigs decided to put my in the most noisy place with drunk screaming people and checked up on me maybe twice per hour and they didn't even give me a mattress to sleep on. And they knew from before that I've got mild autism and a mix of servere ADHD and ADD. Its not the first time, nor was it the last time they arrested me for something I didn't do, but that story was the worst case beside from me filing a molesting report that happened to me and 3 of my friends, I got molested over a 4-5 years period and the 3 others got molested for several more years since we moved away from that place. But the pigs wouldn't do anything about it since I was using roofies in an attempt to forget all the bad things that happened to me in my first 20 years, and despite the worst molestor accused one of the 3 others for my report the pigs still didn't do anything to the pedophile. The other pedophile apologized to me for everything he did to me, the molesting of constant bullying and beating appropriately 15 minutes before he became braindead 07.11.97 when we hit the tunnel walls at 220 km/h, we spun around on the wheels and hit the walls 5 times like a ping pong wall and my molestor got sucked out of the window since he wasn't using the seat belt, we were 4 people in the car and I'm related to the other 2 and we was supposed to meet up with a few other friends to go on a holiday, I walked away from the accident with minor issues whilst the other 2 survivors got servere damages, I managed to find my phone and call the emergency line and the first car I managed to flagg down was a surgeon on the way to work, but before that I found my molestor gurgling in his own blood and I could see that a third of his brain was missing, it was spread out around him on the road and some on the tunnel walls, luckily the firefighters got the highest priority and trumps the pigs here in Norway when it comes to traffic accidents cause the pigs kicked me out of the tunnel and denied me entry to the ambulance, but the first responding firefighter told the pigs that I was the one that called them despite that I had also been in the car crash. Can you blame me for not trusting the pigs given the way they have treated me through the years? I've even been at a friend's sentence when the judge gave him the hardest time since he didn't stop the others from destroying a house, despite him being drunk and sleeping in a bush appropriately 300 meters from the house, the judge said he got that harsh punishment since the others feared him and he could've stopped them from destroying the house and harming others, but the thing that idiotic judge couldn't get in his thick empty head was that my friend was DRUNK AND SLEEPING 🤦♂️ how could he keep others from destroying stuff when he couldn't take care of himself? I was a witness to it all but I didn't intervene in any of it since I'm not a fan of violence, call me a coward if you want, I don't care. But giving a sleeping person a harder punishment than the persons who did the crime doesn't make any sense to me. You just can't trust the pigs and the justice system. I'm done with illegal substances now and only take the medicine my doctor gives me for my rheumatic pains and my autism and ADHD + ADD issues. Oh yeah, I got a genetic issue that runs on my mothers side of the family that doesn't give us the painkilling and "high/stoned" effects of opioids, not even fentanyl that I'm using over 300 micrograms per hour, it only gives us itching all over the place, a slow BM (intestines) and the urge of wanting to puke. And for some unknown reason they're denying me medical Marijuana that actually makes my pains disappear. Even Paracetamol works better as a painkiller than Fentanyl that's 100 times stronger than Morphine 🤦♂️ (I'm not seeking any kind of pity, I just want to spread the information that you can't trust the pigs and the doctors. They're all corrupted by the system) Btw, Marijuana amplifies the effect of alcohol and can make you feel wasted after a joint and a six pack of beer.

Is it right that in America say they have been sued in civil court for a wrongful death or in normal court have to pay a victims Compensation that it has to come from the perpetrators first? Like that Jason How's he gonna pay 15 odd million when he probably earns just a few bucks a week in prison doing cleaning or something??? See here in the uk we are lucky - the govt pays the compensation and then the bad guys have to pay the government back - I know this as a friend was paid £300 after a girl hit her in a club and after everything they ended up friends and both talked and though my friend got her £300 straight after court the girl was still paying it to the government t like £5 a month or something stupid , so another reason to live in the uk - plus virtually no meth no gun crime , if I break my leg I go to hospital for free , if I need glasses or dental work - all free on the nhs (national health service) honestly a lot of that I don't normally think about but we are lucky I feel sorry for the people in other countries who get meds swapped and then can't afford them etc iv read about loads of cases where a hospital stay has bankrupt people ! That's ludicrous!! I got chronic pancreatitis and was given 60/40 - 60 per cent chance to live - and I'm here - but I was in the hospital for over a whole month having operations tests scans not to mention three meals a day that are actually nice and a person comes round about 5 times a day and asks if you want a tea or coffee but if you ask for just a milk that's fine too and if your hungry at 2am they will go find something for you ! They saved my life and everyone is treated so well - on the other hand the queen had too much wealth as will Charles now King Charles ffs he had an affair behind princess Diana's back so il never like him as she was a sweetheart anyways that was a huge random text and it's only 7:40am here haha love to all my fellow humans wherever you are and I hope life throws you some great luck and love in your lives ❤❤

Our system is broke and isn’t about justice it’s about Careers. And the da’s for example proves it’s. Prosecutors can’t care about justice they have to care about convictions rates reguardless of the rest. Cause you don’t get promoted or keep a job with a 60% conviction rate even if justice was served and only the guilty went to prison. That’s why they all have 5 doctors and 5 corners. So that if the first 3 don’t say what they need they can just use the 4th. They are bias and need to convict you their careers literally depends on it. So they hide evidence and careful select the specialist basically rig the deck and you can’t get Justice that way. The system has to be overhauled. And immunity. For da’s and judge’s and police’s officers should be gone.

In the last case with the janitor, (The Southside Strangler), the police interrogator kept feeding the suspect information about the crime details; how he supposedly carried it out. Every time he said how he did something the police corrected him. Because he had a low IQ, he was following the lead of the detective. That doesn't sound like a true confession. Sounds like the interrogator was trying to coerce the confession. Later in the narration, it was said that the strangler was careful not to leave any clues behind. Someone with a low IQ couldn't think that far ahead into the details on how not to leave a trail.

I've noticed this sad detail evident in many of the crime stories I've watched&it really bothers me ALOT! I've noticed in some of them they cut a deal with the murderer to cop to one perspective of crime,negating death of baby,to get him behind bars,but settling for less time,&go for lesser degree of crime. I watched one the other day where the baby was full term,but loss of it's little life wasn't part of agreed charges or puishment. Mom had been stabbed in the stomach more than once. I'm pro-life&this disregard for the baby just really gets me. A woman may only be a few weeks along,so somehow they feel justified in not treating the embryo as a life 😢

The mother’s life probably flashed before her eyes, she was probably absolutely terrified and devastated as she faded out. Killing babies and children is 💯 heinous but I feel they’re protected from the evil by their innocence. When adults, especially parents, are brutally murdered I feel like it’s so much worse. Death wasn’t the answer all he had to do was call the police he had a weapon to protect himself
@The_Real_Mier Жыл бұрын
In a different video about this case there was more proof of intent, instead of the weapon accidentally being fired. If I remember correctly he had claimed to hold it loosely in one hand, so the barrel would have pointed downward. But her wounds showed that the bullet went in a straight path, which meant that he MUST have lifted up the weapon and point it toward her. Making it impossible to have been an accident. There was also evidence that he had been outside and near the car (even touching it somehow, like kicking or hitting it) BEFORE going back inside again and then shooting her. So the “I was so scared and afraid that I had no other option than to shoot her in defense” excuse turned out to be untrue too. Point is that there was way more evidence in this case than is shown in this short clip. And let’s be fair: Even WITH that other video (and the many others on YT), it is for us, the viewer, in reality not possible to make a valid, well considered statement about these cases, since we just don’t have all the facts and evidence to make a correct judgment…..

SPOILER ALERT ON THE SHANNON STORY Okay how did this guy think he was going to get away with it when all he did was leave a trail of bread crumbs that Hansel and Gretel would have laughed at. I never thought I'd hear about anyone who could even come close to competing with some of the worst we've heard of. But this guy.... He's right up there with Chris Watts and the other Chris who slaughtered his own family and sent himself threatening emails. I don't know whether they think the police are dumb or or what but there's got to be some real narcissism and delusions of superiority up in here with these people. I mean Google searches, dna, GPS nothing that has to do with any new tech~one of my favorite complete head scratchers at the epic dumbness... Are these people who seem to forget that they asked about 11 people if they could find somebody to kill their wives before they actually did it themselves. This guy obviously forgot that he told everybody jokingly that he wanted to push her down the stairs when she was pregnant. Shows exactly how much he wanted that little boy in the first place. Most married guys whose age when they find out they're going to have a baby and sometimes, especially a son, they're walking on air. Not this vile excuse for a human he was just mentally, dancing on graves

I don't know how these men who kill their wives think they can get away with it. Chris Watts was totally stupid if he thought he would not be suspected even for a moment. The cops were on his case instantly. Especially when there is an insurance policy and another woman lurking in the background.

I've noticed a difference in your editing style? I think. Been a minute since I caught a video of yours. I've been living and breathing LoL cow content. A new editing software? If not .. ignore me..keep up the content! I love your style.

Theodore didn't deserve all that time. I'd have been scared, too. I believe he is remorseful for taking the life of Ranisha. But she was drinking, had crashed her vehicle and was extremely confused. Sad all the way around 😪

Yeh I really felt bad for that situation and I mean HE called the police and said he shot someone on his porch… woken up to someone banging on your door nd they’re not coherent or answering you… there clearly was no malice and had nothing to do w her skin color or his. Her “friends” just let her leave like that ?!? She def was probably drunk and concussed at the very least after the accident… just super sad all around for sure . I just don’t like how they’re trying to make him look like a horrible person or something when clearly it’s not that simple

@blarmy827 shame that I didn't want to bring up the race and black lives matter part. I was thinking the same thing and tried to keep it short. Agreed. Still so very sad all the way around. Happy Thanksgiving to you! Peace to you and yours ☮️✌️🙏

Not too mention they said he brought it to himself, no the drunk driving criminal did. A criminal brought this chaos to my door at 4 in the damn morning!

What needs to be the new protocol for people who answer 911 calls, is that they need to send help first ask questions later that is what pisses me off too many lives have been lost because they're trying to figure out what's happening when a lot of times the people who are calling don't even know what the f*** happened. Like it's insane like if someone is calling and saying I got shot there's a bunch of blood why are you wasting time asking them questions and then on top of that there should be better technology to Ping signals and locations because asking someone where they are is not always helpful because a lot of times people don't know where they are, I cannot imagine calling the police and I'm in danger and they're asking me questions and I'm waiting on them to get there because they take so long, only to be dying as I'm waiting for help that's literally insane to me.

I think sometimes they have actually sent for the ambulance but want to keep the person on the line while waiting for it to arrive. They need to know how many victims and if the perpetrator is still there. They need to know if police and maybe even fire will be needed aswell. I think they are doing it to keep them awake sometimes aswell. I do agree, though, some aren't fit for emergencies
@Robin_Coffins Жыл бұрын
they do send ambulance first, then ask more detailed questions? The questions are to keep people calm and to give more detailed information to police/ambulance that are currently heading there. What are you even on about.

This wasn't a 'bullet-proof' case. Such a shame that most of the families passed on without ever knowing what happened to their loved ones. Incompetence on the part of forensics and a burden of guilt to wear if they are still alive.
