Not sure what you mean, but if this is about the woman with the short hair who was getting her neck scar tattooed, that's not what she was doing. They didn't show it here, but she got a growth on her neck removed and it left a scar. The tattoo is a medical tattoo to blend the (discolored) scar in with her skin to make it LESS visible, not more visible. That's why it was a medical tattoo artist, and why the ink they show was her skin colour.

Someone who doesn't want to put in the work. I used to walk or sometimes run for miles. Loved it so much. Had the prettiest legs. Now arthritis has really done its work on my hands, feet, knees, hips and spine. Having cervical spinal surgery 1/4/23. Awful pain and ruptured discs. I so envy people who can walk, run, dance, go shopping.

I feel like you're failing to understand the format of the show. It's always Two Yeses and a Freak of the Week, a formula the show rarely strays from. The people chosen for the No are specifically picked for BEING strange, for the likes of you and me to gawk at, to bring in viewers -- and only the most delusional of them don't know that that's what they're there for, outside the likes of Rajee (who, it must be noted, WAS brought back a few times, when they felt more capable of dealing with her issue). The only other notable No I can think of who wasn't looking to go for some kind of extreme body modification was a woman who turned out to be pregnant. The doctors aren't having their time wasted. They're being paid to be part of the circus.
