The legendary effect that has a 50% chance not to use AP while attacking might be the meta commando 4th star. It essentially halves AP cost, which could make a lot more weapons viable in vats.

The Vulcan power armor helmet has very low radiation resistance compared to all other helmets. I wonder if this will be the trade off for the amazing set bonus.

yeah, but it have better ballistic and energy resistance than helmets from every other set. so seems like it will be ultimative defensive set, but yep, you'll need old-good rad-shield sometimes.

Well next year we will get Playable Ghouls. Since they are immune to Radiation it will be impossible to play a Bloodied Ghoul. Hopefully the extra perks from being a Full Health Ghoul will make it a worthwhile playstyle

The new four stars are from raids. There's a lot of 4 star effects on the PTS too, for weapons,armor and PA. Looks like they can be learned or at least applied as box mods. So much new stuff on the PTS right now

With that new viper effect, strangler heart is about to become pretty popular as a primer for all weapons to get that 50% dmg boost. Gonna grind gold to pick up a set for my alts when Minerva sells it at the end of this month.

Some interesting stuff in here, but I have to admit I'm always disappointed when I see reskinned legendary weapons. Would rather get actual new weapons more frequently. Really hoping they'll make an overall legendary 4-star be obtainable from the new raid/content, because if these weapons and the PA is all there is, that'd be a letdown.

I want more options on the .50 cal hmg irl it can have all kinds of stuff on it from lasers to huge ACOG and reflex sights. Also flip the barrels around the default barrel is the heavy and the heavy is the light barrel. The current heavy barrel is the air cooled aircraft barrel and it's shorter and much lighter. But that's just a small thing that bugs me

I have to be honest - I run Carnivore and Company Tea still provides the base 10% AP regen and 20% disease resist. At least according to its tooltip and according to the buff list. It appears to not suffer from the penalty of Carnivore - unless it's just the listed buff that's bugged and it actually provides no bonus.

it would be nice of them to make new legendary effects for the weapon loot pool rather than just divying out reskinned weapons you'll either vendor or put in your stash and forget about after a month or two. with legendary crafting in the game having new effects you can't just craft is going to be be important for the short term lifespan of the game and since people pay or grind to earn weapon skins from the atomic shop and scoreboard being able to use those has always been a struggle on alot of these event drop type rewards.
