Hello Esmeralda, we really want to apologize for our mistake. As you can see, this was our fourth video and we still have a lot to improve, our goal was never to misinform, we wanted to use the photos to support the audio which was the main part. We admit our mistake of not being clear about these. In our new videos we are working on using images according to the dishes. Again, thank you for your comment and we apologize.

As a portuguese, the descriptions are mostly accurate and well, but the pictures are just awful, with those same pictures not even being similar some times to the actual dish, like the first Francesinha one, like, my friend, thats just a meat sandwich, its not a Framcesinha, it doesnt even have the sauce

Hi Diego! First of all we want to thank you four your opinion. As a new channel we make mistakes and this comment help us to improve our content. Second, when we were doing the video it´s true we had lots of problems finding stock according to the video therefore we are very sorry. We record your disclaim , in fact, it´s something that we have already noticed and in our last videos it´s something we are trying to deal with. Again, thank you for your appreciation. @@WorldwideFlavours Its good you know how to take critics, as this was a constructive one. But that mistake is really a lack of attention. The sandwich presented didnt even have sauce, one of the features of the Francesinha, just try and be more carefull. Have a good day as well

Your right. It was not only the sandwich but all the items that had pictures that were not related to the item in question (ie. the octopus dish and the cod dish are only two more examples).

After reading all the comments 😢, I felt compelled to watch the videos! This is the most offensive “blog” related to Portuguese cuisine I’ve come across!!! Bacalhao a braz with what looked like baked potatoes, caldo verde with kale, not “couves” collards and smothered with some kind of sausage slices, francesinha that didn’t even come close to grilled cheese and ham sandwich “tosta mista”! What about the alheira? Just a couple of examples, I implore that the authors remove this from circulation and do some real homework/research before publishing other work!
