I would have loved to hear your review on the Cozy Corner. They started in Denver Co and moved to Tenn. The seasoning on their ribs is unmatched. I haven't eaten there in almost 30 years. Some of their costumers are the likes of Sybil Shepard and Eddie Murphy whom they ship menu items to and have their pictures posted in their under stated restaurant that offers grilled sausage, and bologna sandwiches in addition to ribs, chicken etc . BTW I live in Colorado and haven't been back to Tenn, that's why I haven't been there in 30 years. If you get a chance to go back, that would be a good video and I for one would love to know what you think about their food. I doubt that the flavor has changed because it's part of their legacy and family recipe. Congrats to you and Christine. I wish you both light and love. I've got a friend who ate not one, but two "desafio da coxinha" ("coxinha" challenge) - A normal "coxinha" is a teardrop-shaped chicken leg sized ball of fried dough filled with shreded seasoned chicken meat (sometimes with a leg bone stuck on it), a typical Brazilian snack The "coxinha challenge" is you have to eat a whole "coxinha" weighting 1 kilo (a bit above 2 pounds)

Now you got me curious what was at the Cozy Corner restaurant in Memphis! That burger certainly was enough for 4-5 people at the Kooky Canuck, WOW! And after that 'small light lunch' you drove more than 200 miles to St. Louis! Incredible 👍 The Indo restaurant did look very interesting, especially for me the fried spare ribs⭐
