Other apps first 3 I know, heard about 4th.. but signal is actually bad, people on Twitter said you can't actually own a phone no. Though without phone number, the app they recommended SESSION I wonder how would actually share the ID? In person is safe, but any other message box like Twitter or any other place, the message may not get deleted after you share and delete, just to get the important person on SESSION

People might call me crazy but what I always do is whenever I exit any app(every) I just force stop it. Even camera app. I've even disabled the background data use and also foreground data too. I always keep battery saver on so background apps would be automatically killed. I've also restricted the battery uses. These steps might not be enough though, but the situation is bad. Recommend you all, instead of using apps for privacy.

Simple solution to this problem is not using another set of app and giving it your details rather 1. Uninstall the social media apps. 2. Stick to just one messaging app such as whatsapp or telegram whichever you like for staying in touch with anyone else. 3. Reduce the no of apps on your phone. 4. Choose apps wisely. 5. After installing an app restrict its permissions to bare minimum. 6. Look out for data leaks in news and if any of the apps you have installed faces a breach instantly update your credentials or if possible try to delete your account. 8. Never store your passwords, card details on any third party apps try remembering them. 9. Lastly use VPN as much as possible.

Ditch Google chrome and any other so called great web browsers you use. I recommend Firefox, Bromite and Brave browsers. Must use web extentions like uBlock Origin and Decentraleyes within the browsers. Try to use more than one browsers and don't do normal browsing with the browser you have signed-in into. i.e. if you are using firefox for your google services then use brave for normal browsing. With these simple changes you can feel how much the number of personalised advertisements have decreased in the internet.

If you don't know Bouncer is the best app that I am using for quite some time. It is the best app for controlling the permissions given to any app. When you give any app permission to access any feature bouncer will ask you to remove that permission or keep that as it is. Try it once and you will definitely use it for your whole life. :)
