I have a 2024 NX. Your review is way off base and inaccurate. You are wrong about the infotainment system. You mention a touch pad - the current NX does not have a touch pad. You are thinking about the old Lexus system. The new system is spectacular and very intuitive.. You are also wrong about the MPG numbers. Did you actually drive this car?

We own an NX450 for now 2 years and it’s an awesome car . Much better than any German suv! I don’t understand how anyone would buy a 450hp SUV? They are not sports cars, they are over powered, over priced and unsafe junk boxes. These German SUVs’ are lease only because of the high costs of repairs once the lease is over. Just like most German cars with the exception of the Porsche 911. To me an SUV is a utility vehicle, and as such it must be reliable, safe and economical to drive.

I have one. Takumi 450H+. A 48 mile EV only range, 55 mpg (UK gallons) in HV mode. Punchy EV acceleration. Beautiful 14 screen. Lots more tech - BUT above all and the reason I didn't go with the BMW X3, if you stick with Lexus for servicing, you have a 10 year/100,000 guarantee. Residuals are therefore excellent. You can sell your 5 yo Lexus with 5 years of guarantee left. Try that with one of the German cars (and I'm also a BMW owner).

Had my Nx hybrid for 10 months now, love it a lot, suits me just fine, infotainment Awsome and quick response, and engine has heaps of power if I need it, did not want a bigger car because of parking difficulties in city car parks etc, Well made and solid build. Lexus for life person now.

Of course it’s more expensive than the RAV4 or Crown Signia it’s a luxury Mark not the Toyota more main stream Mark. I would imagine you get that but you don’t convey it in the Exposé so to speak you do here which some of the points are not valid speaking price point vs Toyota, where are you getting your references on resale value? This is not true from any research I do just about on any Lexus model other than the LS. Obviously you’re a German lover why don’t you talk about reliability versus the Germans but you may not get that accurate either because some of your points here are like the resale value is totally inaccurate unless you can document otherwise. Also I have a very similar infotainment system in my 2023 RX Lexus to the NX and it is far changed quite easy and good and intuitive and no touchpad which you reference which has been long deleted from the NX and RX but you did not state that. Overall not an impressive piece here I would’ve subbed if you were more accurate and used any reference of data for your assertions. Lastly Sales you’re talking about sales on this model it’s the second best selling model my friend lol!

What a load of rubbish this review is my friend has just purchase an NX 350H 2024 and it fits two average suitcases easily,and the run flats are not noisy at all nor do you feel every bump,one thing you don't get with the tyres is curb rash on the rims.Crap review no likes here.

I can say it cause of EU version - problems with doors, sometimes it is hard to open doors when its Cold - problems with front susspension, it crackles - problems with 2.5L engine with Chain tensioner, it gives toooooo much noise - problems with Vodofone profile - of course corossion under the car.

What a bad review, i bought a 2024 NX 350 Turbo engine Luxury package and I absolutely love it it has all the latest technology the infontainment system is awesome I take this Lexus over the BMW anytime in 5 years Lexus depreciates only 30% the BMW depreciates 65% plus their replacement parts never depreciates it’s so expensive to repair that is why after 5 years nobody wants to buy them

Just buy the option without pano sunroof. Plenty of headroom. I can easily fit 3 adults in the rear seat. I tried the X3 2021 and it was even more cramp

I own an NX and the new Direct4. Engine and transmission are Very herkey jerky and un Lexus like. Run flat tires are hard with lots of road noise. And lastly it is small and cramped inside.

This review is very inaccurate, whoever did this doesn't know what he is talking about. 1- Lexus NX size and price is somewhere between BMW X1 and X3 as it is between Mercedes GLB and GLC so to compare only to the BMW X3 is incorrect. 2- Cargo is only 5lt smaller on the NX vs BMW X3 (545 vs 550) but if compare the PHEV then the NX is almost 100lt bigger since it doen't change it boot capacity while BMW gets down to 450lt 3- Sure it is slightly smaller than the X3 but to say tight cabin is an overstatement. The NX has a very spacious cabin. 4- Price vs Features? Both Mercedes and BMW pretty much everything is extra while Lexus has only 4 range models and if you go to the higher pretty much everything is included. I order my car with all the extras and only extra I had to pay for was Panoramic sunroof, while with the BMW it had so many extras to add on that in the end it ends up costing more then the Lexus. 5-Poor infotainment? What are you talking about? In the past sure but now it is at par with BMW and actually the sound system is better on the Lexus then on the BMW 6-Fuel consumption? The BMW mild hybrid doesn't gets no where near the Lexus full hybrid. 7- Finally Price wise, the NX PHEV with all the extras cost where I live 79K while the BMW X3 cost 86K. 8- And there is another thing it does mention, How much it cost to service a Lexus vs a BMW? The Lexus cost almost half what it cost to service the BMW not to mention Lexus are famous for being one of the most reliable cars brands in world while BMW is not. Unless the Lexus NX is completely different car that it is in Europe this review is extremely misleading.

I am not tall, but I am a body builder with 20 inch biceps and 48 inch chest so I am wide and had no problem fitting in or maneuvering the NX while test driving it for an hour.

Not interested in the NX because it has run flat tires. Run flats have almost zero flex creating a bumpier ride, noisy ride, expensive to replace and almost impossible to find if you are away from big cities on a trip. Good luck with this car.
