I have the 2024 Luxury 350h in Noir Green Pearl! It's been the best car I have ever owned! My only negative comment is the use of piano black plastic on the consul. A nice wood trim would have been nicer for the price point.

I have this same car but with burgundy interior. I love it. I ditched the run flat for Michelin Cross Climate 2. No ML sound system, but everything else. Couldn’t be happier. 40 mpg!

I'm also considering switching from the run flats when it's time for new tires. My only concern is not having room to hold a spare. Have you thought about options in case of a flat, other than obvious tow?

@@j_mofabyes, I have. I have a tire repair kit and that green slime stuff. If I get a sidewall puncture, I’m calling Geico and waiting.

comes with runflats and you can get a tire repair kit to fix it. You can still get a spare if you really want but it will take up 2/3 of your rear trunk space

I own one, and similar to the RAV4 Hybrid (same engine), it runs well on regular fuel (premium not needed)

Jeff is a Ratt n’ Roller!!! Had to sub just based on that! 😎 I’m currently driving a 2023 NX350 FSport 3 gas only model and I have a 2025 NX450h+ FSport 3 model on order (ordered April, 2024). However, the dealer has a 2025 NX350h Executive level trim that someone ordered but decided not to take. I am sooooooo torn….. do I swap my current car for the Executive hybrid or do I pass on it and wait for the 450h+ which I really wanted but may end up costing me more because of the wait time?????? Tomorrow I will run the numbers at the dealer…. My brain is going to explode 🤯 Your thoughts?

@@flyboy008 The 450h+ will be in Ultra White exterior with an all black interior. The 350h I will be looking at this weekend is Eminent White Pearl with red/black two tone interior. I have a feeling I will just wait and get the 450h+.

Great review Jeff ! I like the NX350h a lot and I am thinking of getting the Ultra Luxury. That said, I was kind of curious about something. Since it has 240 HP on premium fuel, would you know what the HP would be on regular fuel ? Thank you !

I just got the 2025 nx350h. The HP remains the same even with regular fuel as the these new gen cars are designed primarily for regular gas. Enough power to merge on the highway and for day to day driving. Cruises to 100kph and you can barely hear the engine starting. Beautiful car and the cabin is BMW level quiet. Mazdas are known to design engines that boost HP with premium gas but the new NX remains the same. Engine does get quieter and a bit seamless in the premium gas though. Hope this helps. Great car! When you look at the package as a whole, it’s a great value for your money.

@@srikanthrbs1362 Thanks for the lengthy and thoughtful reply srikanthrbs1362 and yes that really helps a lot and good to know. One fly in the ointment with the NX350h for me is the runflat tires and no spare. Other than that I am all gung-ho on an Atomic Silver with Palomino interior. That said, some have suggested going with the lesser model for the smaller 18" wheels for a better ride and quieter. I presently drive a 2024 Mazda CX50 PP and other than MPG I wonder if I would notice a huge difference. Decisions !

@ my pleasure. I agree with you on the run flats. It’s a decision that toyed with me for a week. But after owning the car these are my thoughts. 20inch run flats are noisy and also less fuel efficient for sure. But with the 2025 sound dampening they have, with the extra adhesives used, I really don’t hear anything. Having no spare is a kick in the butt not gonna lie. However after testing some cars (during the purchase process) I just got the 18 inch Michelins regular tires for winter. The car is giving me better fuel economy and the road noise is even less and honestly is a bit more of a comfortable ride. But you have to pay attention to know the difference honestly as the car is dampened well for sound and shocks. I would recommend the 18 regulars for this cause I can just patch it up when there is a puncture. If it’s the side wall get it replaced. Since I got the executive package I got the all seasons as the 20’ run flats and stuck with them. But it’s really not that bad. Since I had an option for winters I went against the run flats is all. I upgraded from a Mazda myself so we have that in common. Great car and no regrets for practical use!!! (Even with the run flats :))

@@srikanthrbs1362 Thanks again ! Great information and food for thought. I like my CX50 turbo but it could be a tad quieter and the 20" wheels don't help in that respect. That said, Mazdas do handle as though on rails, but it's a compromise.

I bought a 2025 NX350h in May. The interior is cheap looking with the glossy plastic. They could have used brushed aluminum

I think in terms of look and proportions - the 20'' are way better, but in terms of ride quality and comfort - the 18'' are no brainer.

@@alexmilkis3654 on proportions, you could be right… a shame that car designs these days are more dependent on big wheels However, the 18’s have a better design than the 20’s… that’s why I say they look better. I don’t like all those busy spokes on the 20s. Hard to beat any variation on the classic 5-spoke design.

I would've bought the 2024 nx hybrid except for the frustrating and idiotic infotainment system. We have enough distractions while driving. Lexus won't get me back as a customer unless they make thongs easier

Most annoying drive safety features ever! Lane Departure “Alert” will intervene at all times, even when lanes are narrow, even when dangerous. Should be cancelled all together UNLESS you want to be surprised the wrong way! Speed warnings cannot be put to visual only, as they would come back on with visual and vocal warnings after EACH restart, even though the system misreads speed warning signs most of the time. So LEXUS helps us, who have actually paid for this car!

There’s only so much car manufacturers can do with SUVs and the NX stands out, to me, so I bought one. Only problem is no spare after I bought Michelin Cross Climate 2s. I did purchase a tire repair kit. Wish me luck out there! Other than that, though, it’s a nice vehicle. No complaints

Has Toyota made the car more fun to drive? Of course not. I was relieved when I dumped my ‘232 NX350 F. Cramped, noisy, sloowwww off the line etc. Biggest car buy mistake of my life. But, I learned. I might go back to Lexus when I am in my 80’s
