I wake-up go potty and take my shot of olive oil around 4 and 5 a.m. Back in bed feeling my tummy gurgle I go back to sleep until time for my Synthroid tab. I go for heart Echogram soon. Good news I hope.

WOW amazing thank you so much for the great information. I drink 1 1/2 tablespoons of olive oil plus 1 tablespoon of fresh squeezed lemon juice every morning daily on a empty stomach wait 30 minutes before I eat or drink coffee. From what I have researched it is extremely beneficial to our bodies. From what you are saying the olive oil is also extremely good for us thank you for your research .

Congrats on not eating any processed foods. It’s a struggle for a lot of people. Flaxseed is great. Good source of protein, fiber and omega 3s. Have it on my video list.

Thank you for the good information, I did not realize how good this product, so I informed myself more about the best genuine, extra virgin oil ,I came to find out that a large amounts is not real good stuff, but fake, until I find out what to look for the real good oilive oil, I would suggest to your reader to research wich one is the good oilive oil.Ferdinand

So what is the effect of olive oil on FMD? All oils, both animal and plant derived, tend to worsen endothelial function. Within hours of ingesting fat, arteries stiffen and the ability to dilate is impaired. A 1999 study measuring FMD after the ingestion of high-fat meals reported a “three-hour decline in FMD after subjects ingested a traditional meal of a hamburger and fries or cheesecake. Olive oil was found to have the same impairment to endothelial function as the rest of these high-fat meals.” And a 2007 study showed a similar detrimental effect on endothelial function after the intake of olive, soybean, and palm oils.
