Hello Sweet uroosa Mam hw r u nd Hamza ?? Ajjj appni wo topic pi baat ki buhut achy se. which we are facing every day.craving and bhook ma faraq us waqt se pata chala. when i watched all urs videos . Everyday in the 11 a.m r evening time i was feeling craving r hungry but i would take tea with sugur😂😂 this was daily happening and sumtime when i was very tired i would like to take panjherry 😮 but a big bowl and i thought i got health aur es tarha hr din hoth tha k akory in rainy dzs .but nw come to the conclusion alhamdullelah i realized ki craving k ly when we take a glass of water i realized i was nt hungry bcuz i feel automatically full aur sub se important baat ki ab i hv started heathy eating nt dieting to i i consume every thing home made but in a portion . I like sweets very much but i control it through khajoor r sume time ghur after meal . Mam u realized us the differenc betwen craving nd hunger but supress dono ko karna ha but with healthy eating .aur jab bhi bharyani r rice pulawo ki baat athy ha. to i took 6 to 8 spoon with salad i consume it very slowly taki mujhy feeling ho ki pora plate kha lya with family but infact i consume only 6 spoons .i am previlliged cuz i dnt take unhealthy cuz u are our motivation ❤.u are doing. great effort 👍 i learent alot alhamdullelh .bahir ki cheezy khana avoid nahi karthy 💯 dislike karthy ha Nw winter is coming pllz evening snack r sweet ma kuch zarur banay after dinner r with shaam ki tea k saath .ll be gratfull with lots of prayers and love to cuteee Hamza .u ar mujjza cuz i hv strted eating healthy chahy wo hunger ho r craving .tanx alot ❤❤

I m on intermittent fasting since 20 days I do workout almost one hour I was 68 now I am 66.8 last 12 days my weight is stuck today I have take only one meal and 20 min fast walk also what I am doing wrong I take lunch or breakfast with one small chapati half mug of tea low sugar and one banana after one hour and also take chana chhat half .boul at 5 o clock take goat skim milk one glass after that last meal 7o clock but half chahpoti before gym I take chiea seeds one glass of water after dinner at 9 o clock take green tea but my weight is stuck kindly reply 😢

Due to nutritional deficiency cravings happens !!! a well balance diet can end all sort of eating cravings. avoid seed oil !!!

You will lose all the weight u want if u put all the energy on ur self . Just take baby steps and be consistent. Abhi bhttttttt time hai . Bhhhhttt lambiii zindagi de . Abhi say give up karna to phir sillly si baat hojayegi . Don’t take not give any negative energy . Just do positive things small things for ur self my dear and see the difference .
