Please make videos on how to prevent injuries or what to do when you are injured🙏 My whole team needs me in this part of the season and I am injured but I would do whatever it takes to come back as fast as I can..
@sultanhamid76865 жыл бұрын
i think the problem is that your 75%human lol. no but actually if ur injured just search up on google RICE prevention. And stretch before games and after
@PopSealed5 жыл бұрын
Nutrition, REST, stretching and theraputic exercises. Dont rush a return otherwise you can cause further damage to your body that will cause futher complications. Be patient, the body naturally heals itself, you just have to aid it in the healing process.

Dont put all of your happiness in becoming a professional. Some people make it, others dont. It doesnt mean that you arent a talented player. Sometimes its just not in the cards. Professionals make up a smaller percentage of football players. Becoming a professional is a fine mix of talent, timing and luck. Enjoy football for the beautiful game that it is at any level that you play it. You dont want to put pressure on yourself that makes the game unenjoyable otherwise you are doing yourself and football a diservice.

Could u tell me how to work on not hesitating cuz that's my biggest fault and it's bad cuz I'm a left wing
@SimplySoccer5 жыл бұрын
Practice whichever situations you hesitate in over and over again. Make it muscle memory so that you just react instead of getting in your own head.
