My best side hustle is bookkeeping. I was totally freelance with it for many years but got tired of doing it full time. So got an office manager job but kept my best bookkeeping clients for extra income. I make $250 per client for monthly reconciliations and making sure the owner’s entries clean and proper. Takes me 2-3 hours for each per month.

I work in Finance and am nearing retirement. I would love to do something like this for xtra income. Any suggestions how to get clients?
@candytd8Ай бұрын
how did you get started? do we think AI will replace bookkeepers?
@thecatniplifeАй бұрын
@@candytd8 there’s way too much troubleshooting in bookkeeping for AI to take over. Accounting software already can automatically download and classify but the second your payroll and timesheets don’t match you need a human.
@thecatniplifeАй бұрын
@@candytd8 I got started freelance bookkeeping by going to local business networking groups. I already had 20 years experience at that point. Then it was word of mouth almost exclusively. Working as an employee vs working as a freelancer is a different skill set. You have to learn business and not just bookkeeping. I made a lot of bad decisions on who I accepted as a client early on. I learned to be very choosy about them the hard way.

Heres my side hustle ideas not related to the online world: - babysitting (you get to have a nice time mostly with the kids asleep for most of your time) - busking (a surprising one but it does work it you have some musical talent and enjoy playing on the streets) - teaching (like music teaching, grinds etc) From one social media hater to another... Have a nice day! :) ha.

No matter how long you wait, opportunities will arise in the market. Invest for the long term, and avoid being too greedy or too fearful. Making informed decisions is crucial; relying on luck isn’t enough, so partnering with an advisor is essential.

I lost over $176k when everything started to tank. Not because I was in an exchange that went belly up. I was just stupid to hold and because that's what everyone said. I'm still responsible. It just taught me to be a better investor now that I understand more of what could go wrong. It took me over two years of being in the market, I'm really grateful I found one source to recover my money, at least $10k profits weekly. Thanks Charlotte Grace Miller.

Copywriting is not a side hustle. Copywriting is a craft as much as design is. And what he mentions here is simply direct response copywriting, which still requires a tool kit to be able to do effectively, but is the lowest paying of the copy work unless you are are a seasoned vet with proof. Also, copy writers are expert Ed to be experts in voice, grammar and style. If you’re not, you are absolutely replaceable by AI.

I thought this was going to be a side hustle video. Its more of a how to be a social media influencer and how disturbingly easy it is to get started. Which pretty much makes me just no longer want to subscribe to anyone's channel. I mean if that's your thing go for it. But not for me. I'm not a people person. You actually as though things like "learning how to sell" is a skill anyone can pick up. Its not. You first have to become a horrible human being.
@CaseyTheCopyCatАй бұрын
You think because someone is in sales they are a horrible human being? You’re clueless
@notquitehimАй бұрын
What are you talking about? There were multiple side hustles mentioned that had nothing to do with being an influencer. Also what a naive take, salespeople are not inherently evil. Everything in business is a sale, interviewing for a job is you trying to sell the hiring manager thar you are a good candidate.
