Rock walls have texture and show their ancient history. There are a lot of choices available to you for the ledge under the window. Local tile ,antique wood, plaster. We will look forward to what you choose.

Great job Diego. Working with lime mortar is a pretty filthy job - hard work too! Great to see you refurbish that wall in a traditional way and leave it’s character in tact. As it’s a bathroom, a stone slab would work well there. I wish I understood more about how to install in and out pipes for plumbing - you make it look easy, and you have such vision for how you want to structure the house. If you have time, I would like to see you draw out a basic plan of what you want to see where… and why you’ve decided that. It’s good to have a bit of explanation of why and how you are doing something. But I do appreciate that all of that takes time and you’re busy with the work! All the best for the week.

PS: pour l'emboîtement des tuyaux il y a un sens à respecter (sens d'écoulement d'eau) surtout s'ils ne sont plus accessible après.
