Well done Richard, great tips, my reservation is for senior sales manager/ director's role, i think every good point, answers and and attribute at this level should come with instances of when those attributes were put into use/ test, the situation or gap to address, the expected result, tasks and action plans executed as well as the result achieved preferably in numbers and percentages following STAR (situation, task, action plan and result) or other useful mode. this make your answers/ response more believable and as well shows you problem solving capability.

Hi Richard, firstly thank you for all your helpful videos! I have watched and studied quiet a wide range of them in the past few weeks. Will you be making an updated police recruiting video including tips and tricks for the written, visual and panel tests that are done? I have studied many IQ + aptitude, verbal reasoning and abstract reasoning practice tests. I have also looked at the STAR method for answering questions. I've made lists on the do's and don'ts during interviews but would like to know if there is anything else i can practice before i go up for testing in 3 weeks. Thanks!
