Normally estrogen dominance in women creates hormones imbalances 1) irregular periods 2) infertility 3) persistent weight gain 4) pelvic pain 5) fatigue 6) intense period pain/extremely heavy flows 7) brain fog

PCOS "sufferer"... I guess I've been too distracted to focus on this issue again but I'm definitely getting back on this. We, women, need to remember that our period is another health signal as important or more as blood pressure, heart rate, etc... Thank you for pointing us in the right direction.

Your tips helped me lose 27 lbs (and counting). My BMI has dropped to a much healthier range. I appreciate your science based assessments. Thank you for all you do!

I can’t tell you how many doctors/practitioner I’ve seen and been giving the same song and dance about losing weight, as if that will solve everything or I’m not trying. I was finally diagnosed with PCOS last month and trying my best to take it seriously. What’s really sad is there are people who can’t afford to see specialist and/or doctors outside of their annual visits. N so often the treatment is birth control 🙄

Got the program and ready to read through, understand and get started!!! Thank you so much for advocating for us ladies, so appreciated!! Like I mentioned, I have been a whirlwind of hormonal imbalance that started with a 5.5lb tumour on my ovary at the age of 16. Since then I have had 16 surgeries for ruptured ectopic pregnancies, IVF, stage 4 endometriosis on my uterus, bowel and small intestine (now it looks like they need to do a intestinal retraction!!). I always have multiple fibroids, adenomas, cysts... I am bedridden in pain 12 days of the month, both ovulation time and mensie. I work with a ND, we did a Dutch test that highlighted a number of things such as extremely high cortisol in the morning after waking, my body doesn't make progesterone (now take bio-identical 250mg per day and it has come up to a reasonable level on blood work), my testosterone was extremely low so now on DHEA and my free T3/T4 was low so now on low dose of thyroid. They still can't get my CRP down, it is at a 9 and they don't know why, my liver function is relative ok - no signs of NASH. I really hope this can turn some things around because I am running out of hope 😥... Thank you so so much!

Hormone reset. I'm only 20 and I can't believe people around me just telling me to exercise more.

So I'm one of the pcos sufferers, I've been trying to conceive for years now. My question to you would be would the hormone reset plan work for females that are experiencing high testosterone levels? I havent heard you talk about that but I know this is also something that women with pcos struggle with. As far as I've seen I haven't been ovulating and struggle with hair loss, hirsutism, depression, anxiety, intense cravings, sensitive stomach and weight gain that wont go away! Please help!

I have been presenting all these symptoms you mentioned after my tubal ligation. I brought it up to my gynecologist but she stated that it due to my body missing the contraceptives.

I had most of the symptoms when I was younger but no longer do. Would having the symptoms in the past effect me now?

I literally had to INSIST for a male doctor to check my hormones. After multiple visits and tests was told I had pcos. Then the focus of my treatment became weight loss but hard with insulin resistance. I found eating high fat like salmon and low carb was the only thing that worked..but hit a wall. How do you keep going on the weight loss?

Is there a part in the hormone reset plan that tells us what supplements to take, along with when and how much?

Does low estrogen cause thinning hair? For the last two years my hair is thinning so much I have bald spots and need to use hair fibers. No Dr can seem to give me a reason, other than my Potassium was low. It's incredibly depressing to go from long thick hair to straggly dry thinning hair.

What about irregular periods caused from birth control? Is that considered a hormonal imbalance?
