@@moorelately I found my first client through Twitter! I started following a lot of entrepreneurs because I knew I wanted to work with business owners so I kept an eye out for tweets about them saying they’re overwhelmed or specifically saying that they need a virtual assistant and then I would just send them a cold pitch email.

I also started marketing myself on TikTok and started getting leads through there as well :)

Doing all of these (well try) by December I’m going per diem as a nurse to be with my son more. He will be two in February and want to spend more time with him

I love to write and my family and close friends always tell me I should write a book. I started a Instagram page for my blog but never actually got the blog off the ground. Now, I'm at a point where I HAVE to work from home and I need additional income. I always, ALWAYS start things and never finish. For some reason I feel as though being passionate about more than one thing isn't possible smh. Thank you always sharing such relatable and valuable information!

You can definitely be passionate about more than one thing. I think most of us are. Building soMething in this online space is about assessing those passions and choosing which to share. I’m passionate about many things that will never make it online. If you wanna go for it, do it without second guessing yourself. You might get pleasantly surprised. 😊 Thank you sharing.

For a blog, which website builder do you recommend? For someone not very tech savvy haha

I always recommend Wordpress.org it does have a learning curve but it’s the best hands down. You can apply a template in 5 minutes and be ready to go.
