hey guys, if you want to have a successful restaurant, what matters in the end is product. Obsess over product and customer service, and you will be successful. I know guys that literally dont know any of this, and just grew on word of mouth, no marketing no advertising. That's the secret, its hard to really understand because its so obvious. be the literal best around CONSTANTLY and you will succeed.
