Thanks for these tips. The part about armless chairs, that had me order new bar chairs because I've never liked the ones I have. Not only do they have arms, but they have pointlessly wide bases so they don't fit under anything, even if the arms were gone. I think 8 years is enough time with unloved chairs!

I bought a couch from the Canadian company Cozey recently for my small apartment. It’s such a great couch. Really solid construction and modular design so you can buy for your current space and always add on an additional segment if you get a bigger space in the future. And many couches you can get nearly every single seat and ottoman with storage, which is amazing (and they are still comfy). Plus every cover comes off and is washable. Highly, highly recommend them!

I've noticed that too at Ikea when I went about 3 weeks ago. The prices of their storage/organization baskets, containers etc are honestly higher than they need to be--even when you put that inflashe in the mix! They never used to be like that. For your followers in Europe we can get those glass sofa/side tables here for 20.00 and less at B&M. Also, our Ikea prices will be less as we are not paying those import/export fees or for shipping. Lovely suggestions. When I lived in the states I was in a small apartment that was a converted attic (under the eaves) and boy did I have to get creative. I love Ikea as it has all the variations of rooms set up to give you ideas.

I have purchased both a platform bed and a couch from crate and barrel and was super dissatisfied with both. I had to ask them to send their subcontractor to fix the bed frame three times. Their sofa cushions deflated very quickly over time. If you like a very soft cushion experience then this wouldn't be a problem. But I need a lot of support where I sit.

I’d love to see a video on budget friendly ways to dress my windows. I have 20+ windows. Lower level for privacy has cheap mini blinds and curtains/valance combos. Upstairs is mini blinds only. I only have a large mirror in my hallway on the wall, nothing else at all. My only table is my kitchen table, 4' round clear glass with 4 grey suede swivel chairs. All of my rooms are tiny but separated.
