I bought a 2013 Donkey (I didn’t know the age or model when I brought it) and wish I did my research like watching this before I did. We have had to buy more replacement parts and most likely will need to buy a new chassis before it can be used. For the cost of repairing it and replacing parts, save yourself stress and money and buy new.

Thank you for your informative channel, particularly your unique "dad's" POV on prams choice. I eventually weighed in quite a few of your opinions in my shortlisting process and ended up buying a second handed Upperbaby Vista (together with a Peg Perego high chair and a Maxi Cozi capsule cost me 500 AUD). There's a lot of Bugaboo fanatics out there and I'm glad we have you.

Glad you liked it. :) We haven't looked at Doona yet, but it's on the list for the future. From conversations with Patrons, it's definitely limited to the first 18 months or so, if that helps in the meantime. :)

I don't know about the bugaboo donkey, I can buy like 3 used ones before I hit the new price, it's new price is pure insanity. you can almost buy a used car for that price. but I wouldn't spend much money on a used model, I've seen them go for like 10 000 nok new which is insane if you ask me. I bought one for 2000 which I found pretty reasonable

In my country most of these models are not available enough. Do you have any experience with chicco bravo, maxi cosi mura 4, or Graco stylus strollers? Because I buying one of them used.

No, not really. Graco strollers don't tend to hold up that well in the long run, in my experience. :)

Holy moly, i was legit looking at 3 of these strollers 2nd hand for my dogs to use at the park. Thank you so much for this vid. I'd love to see a video on prams you DO recommend 2nd hand. Would a bugaboo buffalo be up there? There's one local to me for $150 and i'm tempted. lol

You just stopped Frm mistake of buying Donkey used. I would just throw 1k $( this how much they sell used one, twin stroller).
