I would argue that Lara Croft is the world's worst archaeologist... She killed an actual dinosaur!

So did Dr Grant.. probably, at some point

Archeaologists don't dig up dino's....

@@suziekeuls7582 You're right, paleontologists do. But, archaeologists probably shouldn't swiss cheese the first ever discovered surviving dinosaur.

That flying ship game reminds me of Skies of Arcadia. That was an excellent rpg.

The thought of those two stormtroopers being voiced by key and peele popped into my head and now I want it to be real...

Exactly, it always annoys me that people think that a cinematic trailer is going to be or has anything to do with the actual in-game visuals you will see. They are developed seperately and is intended to show and inspire, like a movie trailer, in a way.

The RTX tech demo is really convincing. It's tough to tell that's CGI at all.

What about the "Kara" tech demo that eventually would become Detroid: Become Human? Those 5 minutes packed more of an emotional punch than the entirety of the real game.

They should update this to feature the new Unreal Engine 5 Tech demo. Ancient ruins, magic spells, portals to other worlds, it looks amazing! If only it were a real game

Bit of a cheap answer, but every PS3 release tech demo. There was so many "coming soon" games that never occurred, but they were SO damn pretty! Like the never released Zombie horde game "Possession".

Honorable mention Kara, the robot girl demo for Heavy Rain tech, which unfortunately did become a game eventually in the form of Detroit.

How are we not gonna talk about Super Mario 128, a GameCube tech demo that showed a bunch of small Marios pushing each other around on top of a gamecube disc? People were pining over that for such a long time!

Watching this makes me really happy that I got my detroit become human... which started as a tech demo

One has to assume that the second door-slamming noise was Jane coming back in to lecture Andy about the proper use o f physics.

A co-op kind of goofy stormtrooper game could be hilarious

Agni's Philosophy is so gorgeous, maybe it'll be a real game in the future. Gosh Heretic and The Samaritan, we can always use more Cyberpunk/Sci-Fi Fantasy, perhaps after Cyberpunk 2077 somebody would be inspired.
