You should try this challenge when you're on an actual vacation, it'll work out so well for you! When I went on a resort for the first time I brought 5 books with me for 7 days. My mom was genuinely so confused as to why I spent the whole time reading on a beach chair😂 best vacation IMO

I'm a mom and wife! 😊 I obviously can't read 7 books in 7 days but I read more than single folks lol and I find that not watching TV and less to no time spent on socials works! And also getting audio books it just allows you to listen while doing the mom things in the house.

Sometimes having a notebook as you read is helpful if there are a lot of characters. You can write down the names and a few things about them to keep the characters straight.

🧸 🔐 I just wanna say that the period depression is SO REAL 🥲 like why do I have to remind myself once a month that I have period depression and my life isn’t over I promise 😭😭😭 if my hormones are hormoning and I’m only 25 then how will menopause be ?!!!likeeeee omg 😭😭🤣also when you talked about the guilt about sitting down with a book even for a short time when you have so many other tasks to do and not knowing what to prioritize in that moment I felt that!!! trying to find a balance to make time for myself and everyone else 🤍🤍
