My friend is in the US on overstayed visa for more than 9 years. He paid taxes every year and was never in any issue with the law. Its very unfaair that there is still no way for him . This is not right
@darkgalaxy55486 ай бұрын
You friend broke the law. He has worked illegally for 9 years, most likely using a false SS number which is identity theft. Why should he be allowed to jump the queue ahead of those who have legally applied & waited patiently. That's unfair! He should be deported tomorrow. Americans don't want illegal aliens in their country.

You can't really, all you can do is continue to break US immigration & employment laws until you get caught, or return home.

I am the us citizen and have petitioned for my wife as of right now the only progress made was getting her work permit. I-130 and I-485 are still being processed. I now have been made aware of a significant debt to the irs totaling around $25,000. I will need to be setting a payment plan with them. I still have to do 2023 taxes and am planning to file jointly. I will also owe money for 2023. Please tell me how this should be dealt as it pertains to the immigration process. Should I just file jointly then set up payment plan? I of course can not set up payment plan until 2023 taxes are filed. Also what potential problems can this cause for my wife immigration case?

I would like to know that if I transfer my case to USA Consulate in Mexico from Islamabad Embassy. In my case, my Priority date will be changed as the one of Mexico?will it remain as priority date of my birth country Pakistan or the priority date does not matter as my interview will be scheduled based on when my documents are qualified? From the order in which my documents are qualified and when the date for visa interview is scheduled , I can appear for visa interview either in Pakistan or Mexico (if i show my mexican resident permit and transfer my case to Mexico). As I am very confused about this as in Mexico priority date is running differently and DQ date is also running differently. I would really appreciate your feedback

Hi mc bean I plan to go to California with a B1 visa with my wife & child from Indonesia in June 2024 to visit family in California (my uncle in California already has a green card). - Can I get assistance for my child (4 years old) upon arrival, and what are the costs? - After that, can I and my wife get SSN & working permits together? Through my child's documents? - Or do we need to still pursue asylum upon arrival in the USA? - I want to settle & work legal in the USA, my educational background is Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and my wife's is Bachelor's degree in Economics. Best regards Melky R

Hello! Quick question, can someone have an application out for an f-1 visa and political asylum at the same time? A friend is stuck in London trying to get back in the US, if she goes back to her home country of Burma she will be forced to enlist in the military if not outright imprisoned 😅

Does this also apply to DACA recipients? If yes, how could it be proved you were abused by a US citizen/green card holder if it happened a few years ago and you're no longer with them?

"Here's an idea " I'm sure those who are going through the system to achieve a better life doesn't care about anyone's idea , unless it's of some help to their situation. Most countries dont care about the welfare of their citizens (Just look at uncle sam) you really think its logical for individuals to go back with the intention to "build their country "?
@darkgalaxy55486 ай бұрын
@@fuvjvjchxhc7063 Well, here's a fact. They are here illegally, breaking US law. They have no right to live, work, or reside in the US, and are subject to deportation. If the US gets around to enforcing immigration laws, the best advice I can give is get your affairs in order, ICE is coming for you.
