To be honest, I'd bring back the feature where lights flicker a little longer than rush for ambush to spawn, it's really annoying when I'm looting and I just hear distorted screaming sound behind me. It would be cool that they added back the vent rooms with a little twist. Since doors is inspired by spooky jumpscare mansion, they could add like a vent labyrinth, and the twist is that there is a specimen that likes to live on vents on the original game, so a spider that chases you though the labyrinth dealing some damage to you when you touch it and making it faster would be totally cool!

Bonus #8: Jack. He was unfortunately removed and you cannot see him anymore and that is just so sad. This only applies to when you open closets. You can, however, see him in a red room, but still, you do not get the chance to see him when opening a closet. Bonus #9: The lights above the doors once you opened them. The sounds they made when you opened a door made the game a little more eerie and charming. Bonus #10: The downstairs lever rooms that were more open and had barrels in them. They didn’t have vents, but I miss them so much. By the way, the older version of the game felt way more eerie. Now, it is more odd and scary and only a little eerie. I like the newer version of the game, but it would be SO good for them to allow players to choose to go back to the old version or the new version. Some people may think it is too laggy, but those people don’t understand what I am saying. What I am saying they should do is to make a portal in the lobby that teleports you to the old lobby, so that in the old lobby, after it teleports you there and you go into the elevator, it sends you back to the old game. However, that would take a long time, but I would still love that and play the game more often.

Glitch’s void ability isn’t removed completely. In the rooms if you get behind glitch will teleport you to the other players.

Glitch still exists within doors. He only appears when a room doesn't load correctly. However, glitch does not do damage anymore. He just teleports all the players to the next room.

The vents room was probably deleted because it made ambush too easy, the mini library room was scrapped also because it was a pushover, vitamins removed healing because they also didn’t want things to be too easy. I think it’s that simple

When I first played doors, on my very first round the loading screen took so long to load. I had some friends play with me and they just assumed I left and moved on. Then, when the loading screen finally ended, I spawned in that mini library room with eyes in the center. I didn't know what to do, ran back a few doors, and rush killed me. and that made my first impression on doors as a typical horror game where there's something or someone constantly chasing you.

Well the stupid key rooms are actually still a thing to this day, how? Well.... Ill show you, if you have a key modification on, so the stupid key rooms are not deleted

i would say, bring back figure leaning out from the side of the bookshelf, and add it with the new one, like he leans out, then rushs toward the player, the lamp falls, he then runs at that

vents rooms was cool. library one too. they both feel so natural,uncanny and fit the hotel. without them now its just empty "walk straight" rooms...

2:25 those still exist, but they are more rare. Also, you can get like 20 of them with the locked and loaded modifier

I encountered an kind of basement room where downstairs, theres 3 vents. One that leads to the main area to find the lever, the other vents basically just side-rooms. I honestly think this room is cool and I thought about this video when I encountered it.

I’m pretty sure glitch is in the game to prevent glitches from happening but I’m pretty sure he’s still in the game, he’s only used for broken rooms

Fun fact: Glitch's main function in doors is to teleport the players if room generation fails or glitches. The reason he teleported the players was because after 5 rooms, the room degenerates for other rooms to spawn in. But after, the devs realized this and added void.
