lots of practise, that's why his voice is extremely deep, cause it's hard to have a normal voice when not doing the accent. You can tell how his voice got more "normal" in allegiant as he's had a lot of practise.

A week before Divergent came out I went to a 'Dauntless Initiation' event (Zip Lining, Capture the Flag, Knife Throwing, and Combat Skills) Theo showed up and gave a quick interview and took a group picture with us.
