Hi Im plant siting a peace lily since June.. It had slight root rot, since then it continues to decline. It was in a 8 - 10” pot, now sitting in a 5”. Sitting in a sunny room, by a growlight & humidifier. I had to remove another rot stem last night. It was planted in well draining soil, perlite, orchid bark. Im so sad don’t what else to do to save it. Please help 🪴😫😫😫😫

How long have you been growing plants? And, what was it that got you interested in them?

I’ve been fortunate enough to have been growing plants professionally or consulting professional growers for over 30 years in Florida, the leading state of foliage plant production. Also, have had the opportunity to work with other growers throughout the USA. Has really been a great experience. As far as what got me into it was more of the environment. Living in South Florida I was motivated seeing them all around and wanting to start a business. Then as time went on I guess they grew on me. Pun intended. Thanks for asking. Have a great week.
