Workout daily, you need cardio to move around move your legs, move your body, get your heart rate going. Being sedentary will ruin your heart. Also, idk what your diet is but stay away from truck stop food and fast food. I’ve completely let go of any fast food chain or restaurant, it’s all bs. Eat Whole Foods as much as you can, eat your vegetables, eat plenty of eggs. Get your vitamins and supplements. And get out that truck as much as you can. Take a walk, get some sunlight, jog, do pushups, crunches, burpees. Just get some sort of exercise with you bro. Sorry for the long reply but it’s imperative.
