Just a piece of advice. My #1 mistake on NoFap was thinking I'd not relapse ever again after day 1 was successful, because it takes so much experience to quit you will relapse again. The moment I relapsed I'd be so disappointed I wouldn't bounce back for another week. Don't expect it first try, just keep going and treat everyday as a new day.
