That credit card interest trap is such a US problem. Here in western Europe it isn't the main payment option and you have to go out of your way to get one. We mainly pay with our regular bank cards with the money we have. I only have one to buy stuff from abroad. It baffles me that it's so easy to get into debt in the US. (Not unlike how easy it is to get firearms, or a jail sentence).

I am in the top 1% by US standards and this is good advice. Slow and steady is the route. Always make money work for you but as he stated, there is very little “legal” fast money moves. Like a home, it’s brick by brick and you’ll get there.
