Just wanted to say thank you man. Back in 2012, I received an undergrad in physics; minors in both math & astronomy. Unlike most students, I have a lot of work experience because I decided to work after undergrad. Back in 2020, I decided to go back to school to pursue my dream - getting my Master's in Mechanical Engineering. I discovered your channel back in 2021 and in one video you posted a resume template builder. I changed my resume and was able to snag an internship. Now, it's 2022, and I'm about to graduate with my Master's in Mechanical Engineering in 5 days as I write this. Plus, I already have multiple job offers with more money being thrown at me than I've ever seen! So again, thank you man and keep doing what you're doing! Your tips and advice mean more than you probably think!

@@WissamSeif I have a touch decision because I could go the Reliability route at a plant or choose the aerospace route. I am love both but I'm leaning toward the aerospace route.

engineer hopeful here. Current aerospace welder with a little over 10 years under my belt. I'd like to add a big one in my eyes- humility. It's far too often that new or even experienced engineer are know it all and arrogant. That no one else could possibly know what they know. Being humble and truly asking questions about various processes and listening to the workers goes A LONG WAY.

love the skunk works book in the back ! Kelly Johnson sure is an engineering idol (at least for me) and probably for other engineers too

Good set of tips. fully agree on report writing but have to reiterate that reports for work are not the same a college assignments or academic papers. Having a top level task tracker and planner is essential. Then have seperate plans for each major project. Get used to using Gatt charts and up date frequently. Also have a daily or weekly task list. Try to get used to finding some of your own projects don't just wait to be told what to do suggest projects that you have identified as being of benefit to the company. This year I put in 3 tec patents proposals to our intellectual property dept, not one was for a project I had been asked to under take, they were all to address problems I had identified. So I can not empahsise enough, learn to be proactive. Great vid.

Please Wissam, When you are about to do Shoulder press... Kick the weights up. DON'T Lift them up. You will injure the shoulder or biceps or whatever. DO NOT Lift them like that. There are plenty of ways to lift the weights up with help. I do it by kicking them up. I put the weight ontop of my legs and when i'm about to start the set i give them a boost with the kick and use the speed and acceleration from the kick to lift them into position. It's more safe. Or train with a gym partner that can put the weight safely at the start position.

Thank you for your advice. In my case, I don't have social skills, I mean I am an introvert person.
