A tip I would love to add is that when considering the size of your locs, everyone should consider making them just a little thicker/bigger parts. I see so many people, late in the game and early on combining locs due to thinning or desired look, all of which I believe could be prevented with a little more consideration prior to locking!

I just started my loc journey on March 1, 2019! I’m so excited! It was time to dive into the deep end. Lol! I started them on short tapered hair cut. My longest loc is about 3 inches long and the shortest, around my sides are tiny coils. I love your spirit and energy! I have subscribed!!!

I am getting stater locs next weekend and I stumbled upon your page. I love your energy! I have been a loose natural for 2 and a half years and my hair just keeps growing and growing lol. chrissy m hi! Depends on if I have something to do! I usually give them a quick blow dry if I need to dry them fast or before bed. If I have all day then I will air dry.

caroline maboya hi! Try spritzing your hair with rosewater and adding a little castor oil to your scalp I still recommend a 2 week wash time with a hydrating natural shampoo. Add moisture also with what you use to twist I would stay away from waxes and gels
