I am learning from BeBarters; they have pre-recorded lectures covering all the grammar topics, as well as weekly speaking, reading, etc live practice sessions; the course is designed specifically for cracking TEF within 9 months to an year, and it's great so far.

Hi Tanu, Another gem of a video... thanks for all the effort. In one of your videos you had mentioned about the TEF fb group which helped you immensely as well.. Can you post the link of the same here... I tried searching but there are multiple FB grps of the same and some of them are just endorsed by teaching classes

Hey Jyoti! Sure, will try to talk more on this. In general I would say choose a topic of your choice and start with writing 1-2 paragraphs and then write more until you feel bit more confident to start practicing letters and faits divers for the exam

Very encouraging and motivating. You're a motivation for individuals like me to get out of my comfort zone and start learning. I'm planning to start my learning journey with Loredane Nolent for 1v1 intensive bootcamp. Do you recommend her?
@tanusharma01
@tanusharma01 Жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! Loredane’s bootcamp is a bit expensive but it’s very good and requires a lot of personal effort to make the best use of it. 5 days classes per week is quite intensive as the name suggests and might be too much for someone with other commitments like a job. See if can negotiate with her to take 3 classes per week, so you have more time to practice and complete the homework. All the best 👍

When we study new words should we study its conjugations in all tenses or just remember its masculine or feminine,?
@tanusharma01
@tanusharma01 Жыл бұрын
Yes, it is better to learn vocab / words with articles le or la. For verbs, first practice their conjugation in the present and passer composer form because those are relatively easier and then once you get comfortable to conjugate any verb in these tenses.. slowly learn other tenses as well - imparfait, future, conditional, etc.

if we miss superscripts of é;è;à , does it considered wrong in TEF or is it neglected

A couple of mistakes can be ignored otherwise it could be considered as spelling mistakes so it is advised to use accents everywhere possible

Hi tanu, i have two questions regarding the section b of EÉ. 1. Is it ok to write around 280 words in section-b 2. Is it ok to make all the letters controversial (avis mitigé) ?
@tanusharma01
@tanusharma01 Жыл бұрын
hey, 280 words are perfect. You can use mixed opinion "un avis mitigé". I would use this structure - "1 for and 2 against" or "1 against and 2 for". I think it's better to end with the stronger side with 2 arguments.
@doctorwho01
@doctorwho01 Жыл бұрын
@@tanusharma01 first of all thank you so much for answering,it means a lot! I have been following your pattern of controversial approach, i think it helps to tackle both the side of arguments perfectly. Mille merci 🙏🏻

Hi,did you use comprehensible input for learning french.A guy said throw the grammar book and just focus on listening and speaking french, you will be able to clear tef canada.Fyi,he also cleared tef canada.
@tanusharma01
@tanusharma01 Жыл бұрын
I focused on acquiring the language naturally by listening, speaking and writing from early on. However, focusing on grammar in parallel helped a lot to understand the rules and make less and less mistakes eventually. So, for those planning to take a test, I would say grammar is essential. This is based on my personal experience which I’ve also tried to share in my “first 6 months learning journey” video.

Hi, I have one curiosity. When practicing mock tests, you used to get C1 too or bit less. I am asking this because my exam is in month and with mock tests I only could obtain 30 correct out of 50 in CE. How was your case?❤
@tanusharma01
@tanusharma01 Жыл бұрын
Hey, I was getting at least 40-42 out of 50 in CE in mock tests and 45-50 out of 60 in CO! Just keep practicing and you’ll get there. It is important to identify the sections you’re finding more difficult and focus more on them. Good luck 👍
