My list would go: CoQ10 with PQQ, D3+K2, L-carnitine, NAC, cod liver oil, betaine hydrochloride, nutritional yeast, MCT. For minerals: Potassium Citrate + Magnesium Glycinate Also good stuff: Acai + green tea, Rhodiola Rosea, Cordyceps sinensis, Sea Kelp. Creatine & Glycine is in the close orbit, too. All with proven benefits.

I’m so glad my mom found this and sent this to me. I was diagnosed with HPV summer of 2022. The diagnosis scared me horribly because cancer immediately comes to mind. I had mild cervical dysplasia and was recommended another pap in a year. Went back this past summer for another pap and the pap came back normal but still positive for HPV. I was very glad to know that there was no more dysplasia on my cervix but I still have this stupid virus inside of me and I want to fight it off so bad. My doctor had me go for a colposcopy and she found nothing she needed to biopsy. I’ve been doing so much research on HPV and have been doing everything possible to fight it. I read that it can take a couple years to clear the virus. And after so much research I’ve done I no longer worry so much about the cancer part. I feel so bad for women that get bad HPV diagnosis and can’t get rid of it or it has turned to cancer. I never got the Gardasil vax because I was not comfortable with it so I always knew there was a chance of me getting hpv. I’ve always stayed on top of my routine paps and this was the first abnormal one. I go back for another routine pap summer 2024. I will try out the AHCC!! Fingers crossed that I will be HPV free.

Sounds like it’s clearing since the dysplasia went away. I was told hpv is like your reproductive system having a cold and that it Usually it clears on its own as well within 2 years. For some it can take a little longer. But taking healthy steps to knock it on out if possible is a great step to take!

AHCC was a godsent to me. I had hpv and abnormal paps for two years. Took AHCC for about 6-8 month, the next pap came back normal and no hpv detected. It has stayed that way for three years now. I recommended it to my sister too since she had hpv too, and it cleared for her as well. It is not cheap, but worth it.

@@sagekevo3285 I had to flee from my home and went from place to place till found a low enough mold living that I could tolerate. If you are sick from toxic mold it's very important to get away from all toxins because your immune system will continue to react until you get to a place clear enough and then you will start to detox. I had to take a lot of binders to get rid of mycotoxins that had accumulated in my cells before I could heal. It's also very important to get away from your contaminated items. New clothes, cell phone etc...

I just recently heard of AHCC from one of your other videos, and ordered it immediately. I am in the midst of a cervical cancer journey… did the chemo/radiation due to its late stage, I didn’t have time to organize other options or the funds to do so. I’m not out of the woods yet so I am eagerly awaiting the delivery of the supplement. I have been taking mushroom capsules that use the mycelium from other mushrooms, etc but I don’t think it’s AHCC specifically. I wish I had known about this 6 months ago when I was originally diagnosed. Better late than never! I also began taking Nattokinase a couple months ago due to the high platelet count in my last few blood tests. It will be interesting to see the next blood test after taking Nattokinase for a couple of months.

Hi Dr Berg thank you so much for your help! My daughter has liver issues including high bilirubin… she went to the doctors ( conventional dr) to get bloodwork done to check in her liver because she had been suffering for months with bloating and pain in her liver. The nurse called and said her blood work was fine however when she looked at it she saw that it indicated that her bilirubin was high … we feel they didn’t mention it because they may not have a medication to help with high bilirubin…anyway she was getting sicker and sicker then I remembered you had a couple videos in Tudca ( which I had never heard of until you mentioned it) and said it was good for the liver.. she purchased the supplement from a reputable company… within a week she was feeling better…. Dear Dr Berg, i want to thank you for your Nattokinase recommendation. I purchased it at first to lower my cholesterol and high blood pressure. i dont know yet if it helped, because my next blood test is next month. But it helped me immediately with another health problem. Because of a deviated nasal septum the left side of my nose is chronical blocked, additionaly my silent reflux blocks it once more. i can only sleep at night when using nasal sprays. the doctor only gives me allergic tablets and cortison nasal sprays, which only helped a little bit. but still i was not able to sleep without nasal sprays. also radiofrequenzy to my nasal conchas didn't solved the problem. the docs said an Operation is not possible because of the curved nose bones. but the nattokinase supplementation made my nose free. i can sleep now without nasal sprays. and even if i must use the spray sometimes because of dry heating air-room, a smaller dosage of the spray is sufficient. i tested Serrapeptase enzym before, but it didn't help much efficient like Nattokinase enzym helped. Thank you so much for again for Nattocinase recommendation. my life comfort and quality has increased now. God bless you

Dr Berg…perfect timing as always as I continue to streamline my daily nutrition…my frustration is that my natural daily intake regimen is starting to look like a medicine cabinet…was wondering if you could do a video on 3 major items to take for men and women out side of a good multi liquid vitamin…help, I’m running out of room in my pantry 😂😂😂

Some things are meant to be taken temporarily to HEAL. Most are to assist you until you start EATING BETTER AND EXERCISING. Very very few are meant for a lifetime unless something has happened and you have to replace something daily because you don't produce or process it. The rest, you keep in your pantry for when needed just like any other medicine

@@NoName88837if your insurance allows it or your budget, I suggest checking your blood work every 6-8 weeks. That way you know what you are taking is not causing adverse effects. Keep a daily journal. It allows you to have a on going record of how your supplements and diet affect how you feel and your actual blood work. Everything in moderation is not just a saying. And 36 hour water fasting once a week is a good practice as well. Same with the supplements. Once you have achieved a certain level, it's best to back off to taking them on 4 or 5 days a week. Or every other day. Also daily fasting doesn't hurt either.... Like last meal at 6pm or something.....

I would say this after several years of YT vids and other research. My opinion. 1) take supplements based on what specific issues you have. Continue till you are where you need to be. 2) have blood test CBC. 3) have nutritional test performed by holistic Dr locally. 4) defense / offense That is, get off processed foods and eat real food. Whether your a vegan or carnivore ...get the right amount of vitamins. 5) always take whole food vitamins. Exception would be a synthetic for a condition. Like Benfotamine B1. 6) take a multi vit and mineral everyday. 7) listen to your body. 8) exercise. 9) fasting....the best at cleaning up your body. 10) low low carb with seafood, eggs, and red meat as a proper human diet. ( See Dr Ken Berry ) . If your vegan, move on. Take a good quality cod liver oil and fish oil when not eating seafood. Salmon and sardines the best. We have been lied to for a long long time. Check out Dr Schmidt also. Trust me that will almost fulfill all your vitamin needs. Oh yes , get plenty of sun and take Vit D3/K2 combo when you have not had sun . Have your CAC checked. K2 can clear up calcification overtime. Be consistent. Know your numbers. Blood tests. Find your weakest link or links and fix it. Good luck ! PS...do as I say and not as I do...I'm guilty of cheating with chocolate. Lol

@DJRenee
@DJRenee 7 ай бұрын
@@timmullen8951 You are welcome. I've been doing this for over a decade and I see people make a lot of mistakes. Like if a little is good, then MORE must be better. And that's usually not the case. People also mistake natural for SAFE which is also not true. Medicine is medicine whether pharmaceutical or not. I had cancer, so I was able to see how supplements impacted my blood work on a continuous basis. Most people don't realize they need to know their BASELINE FIRST. AND checking roughly every 6 weeks is VERY IMPORTANT. Also there is a difference between a therapeutic dose vs maintenance. It's a on going process and one size does not fit all. Also, some supplements are adaptogens. So sometimes you start taking something for one thing you know is wrong but it starts fixing something else first that you didn't know was wrong. So, it may take double the time you intended and you may need to add another supplement to assist. Also, I always tell people to do ONE supplement or healing food at a time. Usually giving roughly 14-21 days between each thing so that you know what is doing what or if you may be sensitive to a formulation. Keep a DAILY JOURNAL EVERYONE. And READ READ READ.....

NAC N-Acetyl-Cysteine is as well one of substances which must not be named in a certain context. We all know NAC as an expectorant. But taking this as a regular supplement in a purified version, studies showed that reduces symptoms of a flu and flulike infections by 75%. In parallel it helps the body to create glutathione (w/ lysine) - one of the most potent antioxidants made in our body. And as a side effect it is blood vessel protective. And with that it reduces a significant amount of negative side effects of a so called immunisation therapy against the charlie virus. Chinese RCTs are speaking of

Is taking shiitake extract the same with taking AHCC for its benefits? Since AHCC is very expensive compared to shiitake extract.
@pitpitas4504
@pitpitas4504 7 ай бұрын
AHCC is rich in alpha-glucans (the mycelium of the mushroom) . A proper shiitake extract should contain the fruiting body of the mushroom which is rich in beta-flucans. More or less the effects are the same if you use the chemically alpha-glucan content of AHCC or a pure beta-glucan shiitake extract. 95% of the mushroom extracts on the market are only in mycelium which contains a lot of starch. I suggest the shiitake extract of KAAPA MUSHROOMS. Their products are stellar.
