Another interesting thing I just found out about - someone bought a nutritional joint formula from Walmart and apparently it worked too good giving instant relief www.walmart.com/ip/2-Pack-Ossos-sans-Joint-Pain-Relief-Glucosamine-30-Tablet/2068619426. So they recommended it to friends and family and everyone was talking about how amazingly fast it worked and someone brought up the question wondering if it laced with some drug. They reached out to me and asked what lab I used to test things. To make a long story short, it was found that this "natural" supplement contained traces of diclofenac, which is a NSAID: medlineplus.gov/druginfo/meds/a689002.html: The point of this story is it is the wild west with supplements and brands that are nameless and difficult to reach out and learn about their ingredients might not be the best option.

I'm in my 50's and have had digestive issues all my life. Natural doctors diagnosed me with low to no stomach acid (stomach acid is very much needed. The "acid reducing" pills are not your friend.) While the acid and enzyme therapy helped, I recently found that the absolute best thing for my digestion is Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. Dr. Berg's video about it really helped explain it and I have been taking it daily for over 4 months. If I skip a few days, my digestive system lets me know. (I use a small amount of water, 1 TBSP apple cider vinegar and a rounded tsp of DE. Stir it up, gulp down in 2 large gulps, drinking water after each gulp if needed.) Another thing that I believe is of great help is that we have been distilling our water for over 10 years and only drink it (we make everything with it; coffee, tea, etc.) My dad bought a WaterWise distiller back in 1997. I inherited his distiller when he passed in 2012. It lasted until 2021, with just a rubber seal replacement. We bought another right away and use it daily. (Usually distilling 3-4 gallons/day for our family of 4.) I suffered so long with digestive issues that I am sensitive to others that do as well. I hope this might help!

@Mr-pn2eh that doesn't mean anything if he doesn't have it analyzed by 3rd party it means nothing. Any legit company would have their products third party tested. If he's not willing to do that, everything he's saying means nothing because you have to have a third party confirm to prove that your product has what it says it has in it. I do not do trust me, bro logic or testing. You should always ask for a third party Certificate. And call up that third party company that tested the project to see if they actually tested it because a third party Certificate of analysis is a legal document, and if companies, are lying saying that they had this company or another company tested and they never did those companies will come after them.

It had always made my pain LESS throughout the day, but it made a difference in my getting out of the bed in the morning. I learned to take it around 3 or 4 am. *Devil's Claw has helped a lot too.

I've been a big fan of analyzing what I eat through the week, and selecting a variety of foods that will give me the vitamins I need. Variety helps, but the core of what most of meals revolve around is a base of daily: Eggs (This covers so many bases), chicken, beef or buffalo, bell peppers, plain greek yogurt, avocado, and two - three times per week a fatty fish such as trout or salmon. Now, on top of this I also include walnuts, freshly ground up flax seeds, a few almonds, and blueberries. Those get dumped into my greek yogurt to make it tasty without adding sugar. I thin slice my meats and stir fry whatever veggies I have on hand and mushrooms to match the meats, and I cook everything in a blend of quality butter and olive oil. Fresh kimchi with thin sliced garlic and vitamin C are also a part of my daily routine. Other than a few other items, I get pretty much everything I need without needing a bunch of supplements. I also use full cream milk/heavy cooking cream for my sauces to pour over my chicken (Tasty!) and stick with higher fat, lower carb most of the time. Now I do make exceptions for vitamin C as mentioned, as you need a quality vit C to really kick the garlic and kimchi blend into overdrive when it comes to nitric oxide development (Try it, it works! Energy boost is crazy). I take a few 5000 IU Vitamin D capsules each week on days when I won't be outside much, and Creatine. That's it. I feel awesome, and try to keep my finger on the pulse of my portions and timing of intake. Getting most your vitamins from whole foods is the way to go if possible.

I've been medicated since I was 16 for depression, trying med after med, with little to no help, usually feeling worse, piling up side effects I still deal with to this day, even though I quit meds years ago... And then I met with a naturopath and got a supplement regiment suited to my needs, and uncovered several food allergies no doctor bothered to notice. I finally have progress after all these years, something I never had with my psychologist, and it's sad. I was failed, and so many others are failed by the "professionals". There doesn't have to be side effects, you don't have to alter your personality with hit-or-miss drugs. I just wish I knew what I was missing as a teen, I have hope for the future because now I have power over how I feel and my health, so thank you for attempting to empower others in the same way.

Also a child has spent on various antibiotics and conventional medicines, eating cheaply to survive as a parent with numerous children and hard-working corporate job on average for many decades working 12 hour days. People like Dr. Berg, a very good functional/instant medicine, doctor, doing my own research, and having enough with the traditional medical system, sent me free. I even had rheumatoid arthritis and the trauma of being suspected having liver cancer, which thankfully, was not true. For instance i had chronic fatigue for many many years i took a probiotic called SEED and after 2 weeks it literally changed my life... I just wish you would talk about this more, people take antibiotics but it kills all bacteria good and bad but mainstream doctors never tell you how to get you gut healthy again...
