@@user-xd6nc6rg7b well, I made it! The beef flavor kind. They ate it all up! Absolutely loved it! I also made a pack of 90 second microwave jasmine rice and got a little pack of seaweed as a side. Looks like this soup will be a regular here! At least once a month.

You can also use the seasoning packet to marinade the tofu, and then pan fry them and top them on top of the ramen after!

There are endless possibilities with Ramen and lots of ways to make it healthy. If you throw in some kimchi it will taste even better.

If you need lower salt, throw the seasoning packet in the trash. Use a low or no sodium broth or bouillon instead.
