I love using stencils! It’s given me a completely different look to my cards, and it’s very cost effective. I discovered a product in Hobby Lobby that is identical to the Glitter Glitz gel for a fraction of the cost! It’s by the paint supplies, made by Master’s Touch, and costs $8.99 for 4 oz. I bought it at 50% off, so that was even better! 😉 Looks and works exactly the same!

So glad everyone is making such amazing stencil designs these days! Even the sets are generally cheaper than stamps and you can use so many different mediums with them! They really have a lot of bang for their buck!

Where can I purchase the stencil that you used on the pink "Thanks" card? I love it!

I always list the supplies I use in the KZbin description box below the video, but unfortunately that stencil is sold out. Here is a link to the stencils currently available from The Stamp Market (who made that geometric stencil): thestampmarket.com/r?id=gql9c4

love the video and your channel! How do you clean off the Pixie spray? I assume you have to clean it off after each use?
@RebeccaKeppel4 жыл бұрын
Thank you so much! I don't feel the need to clean off the Pixie Spray per se because you can use one spraying multiple times, but it's usually whatever I am using on the front of the stencil (Glitz Gel, ink etc) that needs to be cleaned. I usually clean my stencils with warm soapy water and that pretty much removes the Pixie Spray as well as whatever medium I worked with. :)

I love your videos so much! Love technique videos. I’m curious how you organize stamps. By brand? I would like to somehow record sentiments so I can find them with the various sets. Hmmmm ideas?
@RebeccaKeppel4 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much! I work as a designer for a couple of companies so, yes, I do need to keep them organized by company. Then within the company I usually break it down to sentiments, florals, Christmas etc. A sentiment record is a great idea, it would be quite a project to create, but I'll think more about it. :)
@JenAultman4 жыл бұрын
Rebecca Keppel I might consider taking sentiments from sets that have critters and are generic & putting them together. Then I could have them by type.

I love these backgrounds! I love the clear droplets too! I just discovered a small company that I love! They even make clear heart droplets in a mix of different sizes! They also have tiny clay slices of different bits like mushrooms and candies, and so much more! They also make Japanese paper! Amazing! HAI Supply. Check them out if you’re not familiar with them. You won’t be disappointed! ❤️
