Excellent video! What are your opinions on coaches saying not to sing with a horizontal embouchure(smiling position)? I've find out the complete opposite to be true for me. The horizontal approach makes my diction clear, resonance and intonation effortless and high notes a piece of pie. Would love to know what you think!

Thank you. I have tried to "put more feeling" into my singing by using appropriate facial expressions and body movements, but in 60 years of living I have not learned how to "do" facial expressions, nor move my body in what is considered "body language." :-( I am almost completely dominated by my brain's left hemisphere; I presume this is due to being autistic. It makes me sad that I cannot sing as well as I want to.

Even with autism, if you really want to sing well, get help- from me or someone else who can guide you. You will be surprised at how much better you can be with a little guidance and some better technique.

Excelent advice!! This is the second Judy's videos I've seen and both have been great. I'm really happy about KZbin showing me this chanel.

Judy I'd love to hear more about what you mean by "pull" instead of "push" because I think I get what you're saying. But is there anywhere where you have spoken a little more in detail about that? Thanks!

Here is a Facebook live video I did where I demonstrated 'pulling'... facebook.com/9658799494/videos/842206753028973
