@@keatoncreates You'd be better off having them closer than farther. If they're close, the frequencies that interact are higher, if they were farther, the frequencies interacting would be lower (mids/crossover point) which would be more noticeable to our ears. Ideally you have waveguides that stop the interaction on the whole. But this is just a temu speaker lol

This isnt a proper box. U cannot build a speakee box without TLS parameters like Vas, Fs and so on. Completly destroys the whole potential..Better buy some 50 bucks pioneer car speakers, put them in a 15litre enclosure and have fun.

What a great project! I haven’t read all the comments but if there’s one thing I would strongly recommend, it would be to add a 6s balance board to the lithium battery pack, if you don’t keep those cells properly balanced you will find out that they contain an angry fire inside and very bad things could happen. You need to be very careful with lithium batteries mate, keep yourself and your property safe, look at a few videos of lithium battery fires to see how bad they can be

I have the same amplifier board which didn't work for you, but it does an amazing job for me. Maybe you misunderstood the left two knobs. They are for gain, not for volume control. In my speaker system I only have to turn them up 1/3 to 1/2 of the way for a 2V RMS audio input. The right one next to the audio jack can be turned up fully. The amplifier IC this board has are excellent, I know that because I've designed custom PCBs with it and know all the technical details about it. The only issue the board has for me that it doesn't mute the speakers while the power supply is stabilzing, so there is a loud bang coming from it when plugging it in.

Nice build. sound great on this end. Try building your box next time with the mid range speakers and the sub speaker with their own divided chambers. that way the pumping of the speakers dont interfere with each other. the box you built should have been separated by 3 chambers. Did you noticed that when the sub woofer pumped bass out, the 2 mid range speakers sucked in. they were over powered by the woofer.
