You are an inspiration. I've been pretty fit my whole life. 65 now, 5'5" 115 lb. The thing that I'm noticing is extremem fatigue in my muscles no matter what i eat or do. I'm very active, so it's not from lack of activity. I'm wondering if it's a vitamin or mineral deficiency. any thoughts?

@Sustainable, oh no!! Have you recently had COVID or maybe the vaccine where you’d be exposed to spike proteins? Weakness can be a side effect of these. If so, you can search for “spike protein detox.” I have also read that Vitamin B1 gets depleted after COVID. Are you getting enough electrolytes from sodium, potassium and magnesium? Enough protein? When we get older, some don’t process proteins as well, and seniors do really well with eggs. Perhaps look into supplements to support mitochondrial health? I hope you get better. 🙏🏻 What a blessing to have been fit your whole life!

DO YOU SEE WHY I LOVE THIS COMMUNITY??? I mean, honestly, I can’t say it enough! Peace your insight was right on point! I haven’t had COVID so I would not have thought of that lingering side affect. Sustainable Life PLEASE keep us posted. Maybe you can get some blood work up done and see what’s going on. But, again that was great advice from Peace. Hello. I love what you do. As an aside, I wore glasses from 8 yrs old until 35-40. I was recommended to buy/read a book. The book’s name is Better Eyesight without Glasses. By Dr Norman Bates. I only did a few of the recommended exercises and went to the dr a few months later and was told my eyesight had improved. I’m 63 years old and haven’t gone back to glasses. May you be blessed.

Thanks Angel… I just take the black seed oil when I overwork the muscles AND also when I feel like I’m coming down with a cold. The turmeric supplement you can take every day to keep the immune system nice and strong. The supplement is good BUT it’s extremely GREAT when you include it in your freshly made juices. Really appreciate your support 🙏🏿❤️🙏🏿

Thanks for the great answers, btw 12:58 almonds also reduce wrinkles, from NutritionFacts: kzbin.info/www/bejne/e5rOhKSKitSmosk They have a bit more phytates than other nuts, I normally soak them for 2 days and rinse them with water before eating, especially if they have their peel on. Keep it up 💪
