My Walmart rarely has rings on clearance but I struck a gold mine this month when many went on sale. Most 75 percent off. I'm on a budget but I found a beautiful white gold ring diamond ring similar to yours but a bit smaller original 298. for 75.! I looked at a couple diamond bands reduced to 50. originally 198. and I thought they were gold plated but I found out online that they were actually gold so I went back to get one but I said what the heck and bought two! I love my new rings 😊.

Yes. Just not likely high quality, registered diamonds that you’d find a lot a diamond specific jeweler. Many stores use the cuttings from the larger diamonds to create rings that are still “diamond” and gold, and then sell for way more than they’re worth. Even on sale, these rings still aren’t worth that much. Maybe in gold weight, depending on gold prices, but not from the diamonds.
