This recipe was amazing. I didn't use the fish fry, I used Panko crumbs instead that I seasoned with red pepper powder. i did use mustard, parsley meat tenderizer and chicken seasoning. I cooked a batch that was coated, and a batch that was naked. Amazing taste! I can 't wait to try her other recipes.

Using mustard for the coating (instead of oil or buttermilk) is a genius idea. I've never seen that done before. I'm going to try it. I like mustard, so I'm hoping it keeps at least a bit of the taste.
