nice car, nice price. However...i've seen several people complain about reliability (including a car reviewer who actually purchased one) so that's a major black eye. Yes, a great warranty is included, but I don't want to see the dealer after i buy it.

Exactly, the point is not to use the warranty, especially since they don't have complimentary loaner cars and and I've read complaints of low quality customer service department

In their case they had to take it back to Hyundai twice because of the transmission. There is no update yet on the second issue.
