It doesn't matter which way you turn it, clockwise or anticlockwise, end result being the reflection should become bare minimum.

Cpl filter is not available for rear camera. For the time being you have to use it as it is. I will update you if I find a proper solution for its glare.

Please do a comparison of DDPAI Z50 & 70MAI A810 4K Dual. I have DDPAI Z50 Dual purchased 4 Months back after your suggestion.

DDPAI Z50 has older generation IMX 415 sensor whereas the A810 comes with latest Starvis 2 IMX678 sensor. SO definitely the A810 will perform better in low light conditions. Daytime quality and performance will be more or less the same.

Doesn't affect the night video brightness/clarity. Rather reduces certain amount of glare from headlights. Visibility remains same.

X5 Pro has older generation Starvis X415 sensor which is not very good in low light conditions. The A810 has the latest Starvis2 IMX678 which is brilliant in low light. So its obvious that the A810 will outperform the X5Pro any given time. Also, the 4G kit does not work in India.

That depends on the company policy, to provide or not to provide. But in my opinion, providing better image sensors in rear cameras is more important than getting cpl filters.

Night video quality is pretty much the same. Video doesn't actually get darker, but since its a poloroid filter, it feels that way. Make sure you have properly aligned the cpl filter and cleaned it with wipes after installation. CPL filters do not affect the brightness of video.

Its just like iphone. You only get the phone and cable, but not the charging adapter. You have purchase it separately. Atleast in this case, the dashcamera will work without cpl filter.
