Thank god we have videos like this to remind us just how great this City team were...Colin Bell is still the best player I have ever seen.

Francis Lee, the king of the divers gets a taste of his own medicine! But what a player he was! In total agreement with vicsmith500 - Colin Bell was superb. The top division was so much more competitive in those days

All this sort of stuff from the 70s was amazing. Sinstadt when he was at Granada was the best commentator on TV along with David Coleman on BBC

@Beamer66 Heh. Actually I made this video in the days when youtube had a strict filesize limit so anything extraneous had to go. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it.

@BigDuke6ixx also ok the football is not as technical as it is now but you got the sense that playing meant more than the money, player more loyal to a club in those days...i think then the football was better

Not Best but Morgan - still priceless though coz a minute later Morgan looses the ball and Bell scores from Lee's pass.

This was in Autumn '71 when Best was playing the best football in the world nd the best in his post '68 career. The first tow United goals were Best assists. He started boozing heavily in December and United fell apart.

Seems like you 'forgot' to add in the replays of Uniteds goals and any other attacking play from the reds.
