Wow, I can't tell you how sad I am while watching this vid. Many of the actors died so young, I grew up watching star trek, my mum was a huge fan, and always had star trek on our TV, so it was either watch it or, go out to play, and I found myself watching them with my mum because there was always something to learn no matter the episode, they all had an underlining message in the story line, as well as the subtle lessons that most people miss. Aaron, Rene, Brock Peters, Majel Bennet also hit the hardest for me, they brought so much to their characters, to the story, and have left an indelible imprint on my fond memories of childhood, and in fact my adult life as I still go back and re-watch them, even now. Thank you so much for making this video and allowing us to remember those that have passed way too soon. Rip.

It's amazing how many actually played more than one charter and in more that one ST show. I met René Auberjonois at a local ST Con back in the mid '90s. That was back when they were affordable and before they had Mega Cons, plus their promo pictures were affordable and the vast majority didn't charge for Autographs. I met Majel Barrett-Roddenberry at another local ST Con also in the mid 90s. They were both very nice and since I had a friend who was a professional photographer taking pictures of my meeting the stars, they both briefly posed during the autograph process. Majel Barrett-Roddenberry even invited me behind the table to be beside her for a photo my friend took. I don't think any of that would happen at one of today's mega cons.

Another thing I was thinking about recently is, I'm 55 next year and that means that apart from a few Tortoises, whales and other long-living creatures, pretty much every animal, fish, bird and insect on earth now was born after I was born, that is truly shocking.
