It was after the 1st World War and the treaty of Versailles in which the British Empire reached its territorial peak because it took over a lot of former German colonies. Countries like Namibia, Tanzania, Togo, Cameroon, Rwanda, Burundi and parts of the Congo, Nigeria, Ghana and Mozambique as well as large groups of islands in Oceania, Asia and parts of China were part of the colonial empire of Germany in 1897.

It’s called working with what you have, innovation & imagination. I admire that for $1.50 the man is able to fix the gap of a missing tooth. Just look at the entire world map that he showed and claimed to be in 1897. Almost everything on that map is wrong. The US, Mexico, Germany, Brazil, etc. all have completely wrong borders. And he also showed a lot of countries which were, at that point, colonies of Germany as colonies of Britain. Even the map of the Russian Empire is wrong...
