We did an EPIC 42 mile round trip from LA to Malibu on the Solar E-Clipses! w/ ‪@JuicedJoyrides‬
Unfortunately mid way through the trip my 360 camera died on me so what you see is only half of the journey. But we made it back on 28% after starting on 100% charge! ⚡️

Hi so this bike has an actual VIN number number and if you decide to get it legal and the road, you’ll need insurance registration and a motorcycle license.

In California it’s kinda a grey area so I didn’t have plates on the entire time I was there. Didn’t have any trouble. In the UK where I am from though I would definitely ride with plates / insurance etc

@@SolarScootersuk My bad. There is a legal loophole for vehicles "primarly designed for off-road" that they don't need to be registered. This is notoriously misused by criminals riding Sur-Rons. As these bikes don't even have the mirrors they shouldn't be on the road at all. Be vigilant when someone asks you for off-road or "no registration" bike and bring the L1e variant.
