I was scared and Pretty much had an anxiety attack walking in but it was the best thing I ever did in my life for my body for my mind or my severe anxiety and depression I have now lost a significant amount of weight almost 100 pounds gain muscle mass and I’m confident that whenever I go to class or on stage that I can do it I’m not the most proficient person with ballet I am not a master ballerina yet but following your dreams is perfect!
